If Bitcoin continue to rise like now then i believe Ethereum will hit beyond $200 for this year. The network upgrade (constantinople) was done but it's likely to see ethereum reaching $200 very soon. As bitcoin rises, ethereum will definitely follow this pump that bitcoin is doing though sometimes it isn't.

ETH has been recovering fast since its low 183 at December 2018. I guess it takes about 2 months from now for ETH to reach $200. If you want to buy ETH you should wait, ETH could be more lower than its price now, from $15x to $160 is good range to buy.
