I think you're right , I'm sure by the end of the month Etherium could be worth more than $ 700 and by the end of the year , more than $2,000.
I believe that ethereum will be over 1k usd in late 2018, its very possible because ethereum is most used cryptocurrency in my opinion. You want to launch ICO youll make acrowd fund using ethereum, you make a smart contract alsousing ethereum.
Dev team of Etherrem need some upgrades to prevent ASIC or limit supply miner to increase price of Ether. Not only Ether suppose smart contract and ICO but also NEO, Waves, etc
ETH for the last month added 25%, there are all the prerequisites that it will cost $ 1000 by the end of the year 
Im not sure about it if you will give 30 to eth, because we cant project what will happen on the next few weeks if there is something good happen the price will go up for sure. But for me dont give limit or deadline to the coins because no one can predict what will happen. Of course it will get 700 in the future just wait for the right time.
No one knows about the price, its all use pure speculation. But especially on ethereum there is alot of risk involved. They have been talking about PoS, and now there is a new PoW ASIC for ethereum out there. Alot of veribles to think about. But no doubt, ethereum has alot of upside.

It's possible if the growth is continuous, in the last two months it's been up and down and the price keeps changing you can make quick profit from trading but I still doubt if it reaches 7 k level in two months but I am confident it will reach that level again or even surpass before the end of the year.
