Why not but I think it will not happen this year. Eth will have constantly price rise in next months and 2022 will be chance to get close to 10000 when catch good bull-runs wave. Just my opinion.

can and it is not impossible for ethereum. but it won't be happening anytime soon. maybe during the next bullrun, and when that happens ethereum will reach a new ATH which is above 10k. I'm sure this and everyone will agree with me. the new ATH target is always 2x of the old one. this applies to all coins including ethereum. just look at the 2017 ethereum ATH which is 2k and the current ATH is above 4k. then where this front will be at 10k. so just wait.
but the market never had a big correction after ATH hit.
a thought that maybe we've hit rock bottom, or maybe there's going to be a deeper correction.
what is clear is that the market is getting pretty good support. maybe the bull can happen quickly. or maybe a correction that will occur before the next bull. we have to stay prepared.

ethereum is the most optimistic crypto currency or should i say second of the most reliable crypto currency in the market, so its not possible to happen in the future in my personal opinion .. Indeed everytime when market is in the bullish mode ethereum always make a good improvement along with some alternative coin and of course with bitcoin.. So it's bit surprising if we will see ethereum will reach that value soon in the near future.. And if yes, when can it reach 10k?

I am sick and tired of constantly getting "will x reach y?" questions, sometimes they are stupid and sometimes it Is so easy. I have seen people hoping dogecoin goes to 20+ bucks, seen people who think shiba could be 1 dollar one day, it Is really insane to think that people could be that stupid because we all know that Is mathematically impossible, would require nearly all the money in the world to suddenly go invest into shiba and that will not happen.

Well it can reach $10K however what are the chances that it will stay above that level for a long time? I can see celebrities tweeting about ETH flippening BTC and with the NFT popularity it’s a possibility. However keep in mind this coin was <$100 not too long ago. So for it to go to $10k and stay above it is 100x.
If Bitcoin did something similar from its $3000 low then it would be worth like $300,000. Which is also a possibility however I don’t see this market cap holding for the long term. Maybe some fomo along with a short squeeze. However I don’t think either of these prices would be sustainable.

At the end of this year Ethereum will again improve its blockchain network and I hope that it will solve some of the problems that occur on the current ethereum network (CMIIW), especially the problem of high gas prices. If market conditions remain bullish as it is now, ETH is likely to reach a new ATH in December.

It's a yes for me and probably it takes two years before 10k will be achieved, because right now $4k was just a bout to happen. Many holders waited for that price to come, but still waiting was our best option to do. If ever wa can't have patience, then dumping our eth will be the last resort for everything.

When its 1k people said 2k is impossible, its will repeat until the unexpected price reached by the unexpected pump. For me 10k its not impossible if ETH 2.0 Staking Program really attracting people to do staking while the supply of Ethereum will be limited due to many amount of ETH will be locked.

yes can reach 10k if you look at the old ATH of ETH in relation to bitcoin you can easily see that:
ATH of ETH in relation to bitcoin was 0.12 BTC
now with the current bitcoin price at $51000, 0.12 BTC = $6000
but if the price of bitcoin makes 2X and the price of ETH in relation to bitcoin keeps increasing then easily the ETH can be worth much more than $10.000

I'm very optimistic that ethereum will do more great by next year so i'm planning to invest in ethereum as much as i can and preferably hold it until it reaches a good selling point. By that time, long term investors might be very profitable by then.

Do you have a timeline when all the upgrades in Ethereum completes, it will take a long time as there are a series of upgrades that are to be implemented and en route you might find major bugs as well. So it is hard to speculate when Serenity will be completed. Users are tired of paying huge amounts as transaction fees. Have you tried staking any coins that runs on ERC, the fees will be above $35 and hence many projects are migrating to other chains as well which means more competition for Ethereum when all the upgrades are completed. however, I think it can be achieved once altcoin prices are pushed up by bitcoin prices. if there is a bull run at the end of the year, chances are we could see a price of $10k in the near term. but it's different if a bear market occurs at the end of the year. well, i just hope i can see those prices hit in the near future.

Of course ethereum can go up to $10k but if bitcoin reaches a price of $90-$100k, if bitcoin doesn't reach that price then ethereum will never reach $10k.

Imagine it with BTC. Maybe you thought of it first not reaching $10k when it was $4k and then look at it now. Reaching $60k and currently at $48k~$50k range. I think the technical terms that you should consider is the one with how much money should be in the space to reach that kind of price. I think if you reach the valuation of BTC in ETH, that could reach the $10k mark.
10k per Ethereum is high expectations, I don't think this will happen until next BTC halving four years in future, even if BTC goes over 50k my expectation for Ethereum is still 5k max, mass adoption is happening but crypto things tend to work better at slow rate
