Let's be real, I don't think the price of ETH would be as high as $1400. In January, 2020 ETH started trading at $139 per coin but in the mid February the price peaked at $279 this happened due to Enjin launching its game development platform on the Ethereum network but for the time being the biggest potential for ETH now lies in the upcoming Ethereum 2.0 update.
Ethereum can be a convincing investment in 2020. For investors who follow Cryptocurrency in the last few days, especially on social media, say that Ethereum has become a good investment in 2020. In addition, from the beginning of this year, Ethereum continues to show an upward movement.

nothing is imposible in terms of crypto.. but the problem is, i think not this year but probably next year.. though the ATH was not achieve yet big potential is there

Ethereum is still pegged to bitcoin's 4-year cycle, so the price might only reach ATH next year.

For the Ethereum if it is not reached the price level of $1400 this year but it has the true potential that it can reach this price level in the next year or in the coming year. The $1400 price level is very cheap if we look at the previous bull of the crypto. If, the bull comes ahead then definitely it will surpass the price level of $5000 or even more.

Far from reality indeed, there are lots of things that investors needs to consider, the fact that there's no actual bull that entered the market
every coins are still relying with bitcoin value, if something good happen to bitcoin expect that there's also an after effect to entire industry,
it's all about how traders and investors will keep holding and investing additional money to this coin to experienced strong rise.
I think someday it will still happen, but to make a deadline is ungrateful. Many are probably waiting for this now
the thought that one day will certainly be certainly not to blame, because the possibility in crypto could have happened. but we also have to be realistic about the fact that is it possible to achieve it? clearly realistically it's very difficult to be proven that ethereum will be able to reach $ 1.4K. all this time all altcoin is still influenced by bitcoin and it's realistic, if ethereum can be up to $ 1.4K, what should be achieved by bitcoin? obviously bitcoin will be able to $ 60K, and that is unlikely to happen this year, if bitcoin will go up it will happen next year and maybe not that big.

Well I think all of us are hoping for eth to reach that high price specially that there's an update happening for this year. However lets be realistic $1400 is quite high, we are already in second quarter few more days third quarter is entering but seeing the price of eth and other major alts it seems we are expecting a too good to be true value and cant happen in reality atleast for now. I believe eth can reach an over $1k value again in the future so im still optimistic and not hurry.

No one can say if we'll hit the $ 1,400 mark this year. Of course it would be wonderful. Because when we reach the ATH, we will also go over it. But whether it will be...?

We have basically have another 6 months to go but yes, $1400 is still very far from horizon. Maybe $500 is more than possible at the end of this year but $1400 is quite difficult to reach. But if bitcoin will be gonna in bullish trend, eth will follow the trend and we don't know how far it can reach. Just prepare yourself for whatever may happen in the next coming months.
