There never really is a sure way to profit from gambling whether its short or long term. I mean, it's mainly a game of chance, when you gamble you take risks, which may or may not be favorable to you. Gambling is still gambling even if you invest for long terms.

As a common player not professional one, the longer you keep playing the more your chances are of loosing in casino gambling. Gambling is not profitable neither in short term nor in long term if you are not house. Gambling has rule to have profit that is hit and run if you don't go away then you will give all back. I agree, gambling is not a career to make it as your main source of funds. There is no sure profit from gambling. You will always lose from it even if you win sometimes. Gambling is made only for entertainment or for fun to other people. If you gamble for a long time the bigger losses you will have until you realize that nothing happened from your gambling.
