A derper for the mathematically challenged right here. In the long run, you're always going to lose if the house has even a little edge. It's the same as flipping a coin a hundred million times--you're going to get 50/50 heads-tails even though at any given run you might get 10 tails in a row or whatever.

So haaaayyyllll no, in the long run all gamblers who play games of chance are pretty much fucked. And that's not even taking into account getting hooked on gambling. That'll take you down a lot quicker.

If the gambler can control himself on gambling and good at bankroll management, i think yes, gambling can be profitable in long run. Because i ever experienced it, but lost it all because i can't control myself.

I think it could be profitable I see few users on different dice and plinko sites with positive stats I dont know how they manage to be in profit or maybe it's just sheer luck that they reach that side. I rarely see these users gamble though like they come back after a month or two from their last session.

Comparing betting and gambling is not the same. Betting can definitely be more profitable in the long run if you keep calm and don't lose your head or it can become just like gambling if you don't know what you doing and don'y proper;y think through your next move.

This is so true, good advice here. Stop early when you make a profit, don't get greedy and lose it all. Gambling statistically is going to screw you long term, you're basically riding luck, so any winnings you make short-term should be withdrawn and kept, if you find yourself losing over and over take a break, don't get drawn into the spiral.

Well you can actually do that maybe bet a couple of bitcoin or just bet 5 to 6 times then call it a day in these actions will certainly lessen your losses and wasted money on gambling I have been doing these a couple of times and it is alright for me if I lose all of that bets and I am doing these because I get to scared in betting big and a long run playing with gambling.

It's hard to make profit long term, ofcourse depends on what you play. But IF you gamble, make some profit then you should just leave and come back the next day. Keep doing that, and always know when to cut your losses. That's the best tip I could give you. I've been gambling for 10years online, and I would ssay i've made profit, but most likely not enough to live off of it.

Yup! and if people would not play gambling, then gambling sites will not profit at all, that is why they are scheming something to lure people to play on their sites sometime they will give a taste of free bitcoin even thou they are giving a small amount bitcoin some players will take the bait mostly new players that are curious enough to take the bait!

Yup! I do believe that there are people out there who's luck will surpass there expectation when playing gambling, that is why there are still players in these fields, and I think that many have actually profit in gambling but you can never tell if your gonna be lucky or not in gambling.

Yup the assurance in winning is most gamblers really want even if a person said that he is just having fun in playing gambling I think the real motives is winning in every game he bet on then what is the point in playing gambling if you really don't want to gain money from it right!

yes I agree, everyone has the same goal, which is to win every game. but they always say it for having fun, and impossible if they just throw money to get pleasure from gambling. because the fun of gambling is when we win.

People always use the word fun on gambling but do they really know what the effect of gambling are? or maybe they are saying that because they are already addicted with gambling, well that is the reason I am thinking why many people are saying such things, well a lot of gambling have been tempted to give in to their greed and many are demeaning and displacing hard work as the proper means for one’s livelihood.

As gambler in long term or long run you always end up at empty hands. The sooner you say good bye to gambling is better. I had same opinion that in sports betting chances are higher to make profit in long term. After gambling for longer period you begin have some kind of confidence that know you can win easily. This is when you place big bets and in the end loose everything made over the time.

Yeah There is no way of telling that gambling will be profitable in long run,

Taking into account the risk that It pose,
You will get a small chance only of being a winner for a long period of time in gambling.

Most of the time gamblers do lose in a long run.

There are people who make 3 and 4 times that per bet , let alone a day. So yes if you have the bank and the luck you can make a lot (as you can lose a lot) with gambling.
