gambling can be profitable in the long run but that means that you have t play games that require skill and not only luck. If you are just going to play games that only need luck it is not possible.
all i can say is all depends on luck, i know some people lose everyday but still they keep on playing everyday, because gambling became their hobby, i know some people to that always win everyday and also they keep playing and increasing they profit over and over again.

There are many professional poker players, playing poker for a living and making good money.
Same for sports bettors.
There are even people who play professional slot machines, trying to go around town finding the slots that are leaning towards 0EV or slightly +EV, not sure how successful they are though.

Of course that is possible but you need so much luck for that to happen. the fact that the odds are against you because of the house edging rule is not helping you much tho.

it is not "always" losing. there is always possibility of winning and we have all won in our gambling experience. if it was always losing nobody would have continued playing the game.

obviously online casinos can't be profitable in the long run, unless you win jackpot and quit for life. the only gambling activities (that I know of) that can be profitable is poker, sportsbetting and trading (let's agree that it has the same nature as the first two), but you have to invest a lot of time in it, possibly dedicate your life to it, and even then it, most likely, will not be worth it.
If youre talking about jack pots then.. most should just quit placing normal or playing normal casino games.
and just shoot for the mega millions placing $1 ticket instead and hope for god it hits you.
