I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
Yes, it can be profitable in the long term only if you are betting low amount.
In case you are making 5-10% of your bankroll on a single bet then keep your session short because there is a big chance to get busted in a short time.
The size of your bet is irrelevant when it comes to the odds of winning and losing, the only difference is that you are not going to feel so bad if you only lose a dollar compared to losing 100 dollars that is the difference, also since you are betting lower amounts you could play for longer periods of time, but make no mistake the odds are the same no matter how high or low is your bet.

Gambling has never and will never be profitable at all. There wouldn't be gambling sites if it is ever profitable. The house edge makes it such that in the long run, the person would lose at least 1% eventually given that he have enough bankroll. Realistically, it has never happened before because varience often makes people experience a huge lose streak.
Gambling is never profitable in long terms even in short terms because the moment a person win once he will think he will win again and he will risk much more than his first try thinking he will earn more but he will be shock that he will lose more than what he had given. Yeah some people are lucky to always win but ofcourse people are all different from one anothe.
i disagree because if you know how to play effectively in the selected games that will give you a profit .There are Professional gamblers that are winning and they take advantage on the games that they think and analyze when is the time that their chances of winning is big.
what makes you think you can always selecting the right game to win?
i think even a pro will suffering lost when there is an unexpected games which it is almost sure happened everytime ,
because it is gambling where everything nevet get predicted ,
don't too excited to gamble or you could get hurt for that hopes which never come.

Gambling isn't supposed to be profitable particularly on long term, There is always a house edge, regardless of the game or type of betting, This house edge might not cover over a short term or few bets, but mathematically, majority of players would fall under this house edge over long term. So No, I don't think it can be profitable (except for a lucky minority, but mostly not).

I even do not think if gambling can make profitable in long term, because as far as i know who gamblers which addiction in gambling and always got loses, they just want to try to recover they lose, but I think only a few gamblers.

You are correct in that information mate. Most gamblers who are addicted only have their minds poisoned by the advertisements of the casino and they no longer think before betting bigger and bigger amounts. If not making bigger bets they obviously chase their losses and try to win it back. Even if they do win it back their greed draws them back and they lose money again and the cycle continues.

Their mind poisoned? what are you trying to say exactly? No one force you to gamble and people are not that stupid when they see a gambling site advertisement thus that made them want to gamble. Some people know that they wont win however they want to try their luck so I guess there is nothing wrong with that because they understand the risk

Yes, its a cyclic process and very few get out of it and the rest travels in the dilemma to retain the loss which happened earlier. In my opinion this is not the right way to get back the loss. Learn more about gambling and slowly participate with smaller amounts. The experience will help you retain the loss, but takes time. Only the luckiest gets the loss retained in a short time.

If someone which follows the set of rules and be discipline enoff. Can people make 50-100 $ a day just gambling in online casino.....?
Not all the time you are able to win in the games everytime you put yourself in gambling.
So therefore, 100$ is not realistic for an ordinary player in the gambling games.

Gambling can be profitable in long run if you play and win eurojackpot or any kind of very high jackpot.
Only few people are lucky enough to win jackpot, and most of them gamble or waste that money and become poor. You can't win if odds are always against you but you can win from time to time and rest of the time you will lose.
That's a good idea to play gambling and win with eurojackpot and other gambling games of higher jackpots, but only with bigger amount of money to invest with and to those who have smaller amount I think it won't be profitable in long term. You're right most of the people were just wasting money and became more poorer due to extreme gambling activities, and as I had observed with them they don't just mind lossing despite of all frustrations they had from gambling. Gambling is a good hobby for those rich and wealthy people playing with their money for fun, and a bad idea for poor people if they ride on what rich people are enjoying.

In the long term, everyone will most likely lose however with some variance you could win. Dont even hope that you could be lucky and hope that variance help you to win. In the end you are going to really rely on your luck so why would you go for long term when you know that you have better shot in the short term?
in the long term if one plan on gambling for such a long time, they are going to lose all if not most of their money, Gambling is advisable for the short time but if you see yourself not winning then why continue at all.

yes I agree with you that gambling can be profitable in long term, but if you play it in discipline, and with some strategy. I have a friend I know him from a long time he is a regular gambler and in fact he has a lot of money, his only job is to play gambling and mostly on sports, now he has such a good experience in sports gambling that I personally saw his bet which he win and now he has even started his own book.

Wink Well it can be profitable if you're a lucky guy, but making it a hobby is not good, because usually when you're a gambler the more you lose your money the more you want to have it back, so I think if you'll just have one lucky day of your life take chance of that luck and gamble all you want, but make sure not to make it a habit.
Gambling can be Profitable, by following simple rules - involve with luck and skill. When we're talking about the term of "long-term" there are varieties, Certainly not from casino games. But remember, sports betting is a long-term high variance form of gambling. You won't win every time I mean long time seems difficult to happen.

I agree with you per my own experience you'd see it is profitable but you'll not win always but then if you stay disciplined enough and maintain a specific bankroll then you stand a chance of being successful else forget it you'll get burned by the house eventually.

Make sense. With the game of luck, there is no such thing as long or short term - you will win because you are lucky and you will lose because you are not. That is really what happened with gambling. However, if it is based on skills like poker, well it is a different story already.

It rarely is profitable in the short term much more if we talk a out long term. Your chances are slim if you gamble for an extrnded amount of time and instead of esrning profits, you may well end up losing. That's the usual case for those thinking gambling can make them earn a lot if they invest time and money in it.
