I am in the crypto world since a long time but I never earned 1 BTC whole ever..I never took bounties too seriously but now I am jobless and want to start with bounty...how much can be earned with bounties specially with my rank..
For me you can earned more than 1 BTC if you are lucky enough to joined such promising project that will succeed in the near future. Crypto can really help you now if youre a jobless because of bounty even me i used to joined more bounty and i am earning tokens which is really profitable.
It is very hard with the actual market situation to earn this amount of Bitcoin only by working with bounty campaigns. Nowadays the whole ICO industry is down, and there is a lot of scam projects, the token listing becomes also harder and getting a longer time.

I don't think that with the current market situation you'll be able to achieve your goal, taking into account you have a low account rank, unless you decide to start making translations of whitepapers, websites, ann threads, writing articles and videos for a large amount of projects.

If you can offer many jobs like social media’s and creating blogs ,youtubes and other connected works then for sure even 5 bitcoin a year will be chicken for you,but sine you are concerning the rank i believe this is all about signature campaign?If does mate then forget about 1 bitcoin value from various project you will enter paying altcoins or tokens,because with your rank?only few penny will be the reward per week not enough to atleast buy 0.5btc

How? the present scenario does not reward the bounty hunters well, that is due to the price dump and project failed to get the ICO price when they list in an exchange. So, how would you make that 1 BTC if the price of your token will keep dumping below on the expected price?

no its not . translation bounty arent really high enough compared to sig campaign and others . but its a good bounty because you can only work for one time . after you finish transalating all you need to do is to wait for your rewards when the ico have been officially over but doing this alone cant give you 1 btc even if the market is in pump state or even if you have a higher level account .
1 btc is high enough and it can only be achieve thru investing or trading but of course you will also need a higher amounts of capital .

Almost every bounty campaign in the altcoin sub forum pays bounty hunters paid for with the tokens they promote, but you can only get bitcoin by taking part in this signature campaign link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 though to take part in the signature campaign it takes a lot of effort. 
Most of the altcoin is garbage, so it's hard to get to 1 BTC by trading it with altcoin. Good projects are no longer happening, and it's hard to get a reward.

If your rank is high enough, for now it is very difficult to be able to get 1 BTC, because indeed the crypto is not passionate and is really down, so you have to understand this and at least know the situation. indeed don't despair that crypto will definitely be excited again, as long as it's better there is to increase its rank, to make it better.only suggestions, if possible, now just follow the article (Blog / Steemit / Medium) to get a little better.

I fully agree with other participants - despite all the difficulties of the crypto market, today you can get such an income in one year. Especially considering the current BTC prices. But for such a result, you need to work hard and carefully select suitable bounty for participation in order to minimize risks.
It's possible to earn 1 Bitcoin in a year with bounty, possible but not easy, you must work very hard to earn it, nowadays bounty is not an easy job, it includes many things and a lot of works to do. I recommendet you join all task in bounty
A lot of requirements, effort and time to do all the task but in the end a great reward of return. You really need patience when you participate into a bounty program but be skeptical in joining because as I said ICO are mostly scam.
