Nowadays it is not possible to earn 1btc thru a bounties due to the market situation which is in dip and more ico's are likely to become postponed due to lesser number of investors . the one that is affected the most are the bounty hunters because they are working too hard to promote the project day and night 24/7 days a week .
Last year (2017 ) where all cryptos were pumped up , many bounties offers higher rewards that is verry close to 1btc . sadly the opposite happen this year but hopefully next year will not be the same .
You should have a stable job besides doing a bounty hunter. I have seen positive signals for ICO projects in late 2018 early 2019 when a lot of quality projects. Perhaps if you do it now, by 2019, you will get results, but I am not sure and will not know how much you earn. Best regards

How not, last year I got 1 bitcoin from the bounty. I hold reward coins for more than 6 months and only sell them at the end of the year. in total I get 1btc more.

Very good to know about it because you made more than 1 BTC by holding them for more than 6 months. Many people cannot able to hold the coin a long period of time because they go those coins for free, so instead of holding them they might sell those coins for cheap and start roaring once they start increasing the price.

I'm not confident of saying "yes of course" for someone who's been into bounties as full time. You can earn but there's no exact amount right now for having with bounties. Many are starting to take away their interest with it because many have been scamming participants even with a very active manager. Once the manager caught the project acts shadily, it will be aborted.
