This story was already verified and discussed at gamblig grumbles casinoguru casinolistings casinomeister askgamblers latestcasinobonuses - most of them verified the facts and some even blacklisted them for that purpose

I am publishing it heremaybe it will fall on the right ears that can help me get paid and to warn other

won $14,000 at Inetbet.com , I won the random jackpot at Paydirt and was never paid my winnings.

Right after they denied my winnings they went to change the terms and conditioned and added my country to the restricted country list.

They offered to pay $2000 in order to resolve the issue thru Casinomeister - of course I refused this humiliating offer

When I registered and played on October 1st 2022 Switzerland was not in the list of banned countries (now it is listed as a banned country in the faq section)

The casino admitted they added the terms right after I won and gave this excuse for not paying. I believe it is a pure example of retroactive enforcing of a new term and condition.

Quote:

Hi Aharon,

Upon review of your account it has come to our attention that you are residing in a country where it is not permitted by law for us to accept your wagers.

While we make every effort to comply with regulations, it is ultimately your responsibility to determine the legality of any activity prior to participating.

As such we have refunded your full deposit amount via the method you used to make your purchases and have permanently closed your account.

Kind Regards

iNetBet.com Support

I had my documents approved there before I won the big amount. The documents included a fax back form with my name and full address, photo holding the form and my ID and bill.

If you check now the FAQ - 'can I play at inetbet ?' my country is mentioned there as not allowed

If you go to google cached from 13 of October you will see Switzerland is not there in the list

It is obvious their claim is nonsense because they accept and pay USA players and their licensed is in Curacao

I'm sorry that something like this happened to you, but judging by the responses from the support, you still got your deposit back.

I just went to the website of this casino and saw that it does not have an ssl certificate, it would be enough for me not to make deposits there.

Only the caches of the rules-and-regulations and FAQ pages are available from the archive inetbet.com for August 18 and November 29, 2022, unfortunately, there are no snapshots in October and yes, Switzerland was not among the restrictions in August, in November it was already on the lists for restrictions.

Well, you certainly made the correct moves to provide enough evidence to back your story. It would be nice if you can post the screenshot of the Google cache.  Wink

The site looks very dodgy, so I reckon they are "beginners" in the field or just a site that was designed to scam people. In any way, thank you for the post... it might help other people who might consider to deposit there.  Wink

Hello everyone

I have a casino not paying me $14K can I post the story in this forum ?

You have all the rights mate , as long as it is supported by documents and proofs and not just attack to that said casino , and also if you believe that this is a scam case then best not to put here instead in scam accusation board  here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 though let us see first the context of your case because if this is just for couple of days maybe the casino has the rights to answer first your issue before calling their name that fast.

if you feel cheated or not paid by an active casino in this forum, of course, you can start your story here and at least include evidence so everyone can help guide you a little, usually if you want to make accusations you can go to the scam accusation board, but you can start the story here so we know which casino you mean too
The casino mentioned by the opsnis not in this forum and at that it may be hard for the ops to get a quick response through this thread since the casino does not have an ANN thread.

-But then this thread could help others who may come across this casino, to avoid being scammed just like ops, because many casinos are fond of seizing players' money when they win big amounts.

Certainly! You can level a scam accusation in this forum, yet ensure you do it constructively. Accusations aren't to be taken lightly, and spouting false claims without hard evidence is a no-go. Familiarize yourself with the gambling site's terms of service or conditions—it's where the definition of scamming resides.

Keep your emotions in check and give a comprehensive rundown of your predicament. High emotions can cloud judgment, but clear-headedness is key. And never forget, courtesy triumphs over anger or aggression.

Welcome to this forum, @OP.

One more case from a casino we don't know about was written on this forum, even though the casino doesn't have a list of direct deposits and withdrawals using crypto.

Maybe @OP wants to make his casino known as a scam casino by creating lots of threads on gambling forums so others can find out about it and stay away from the casino. I imagine there are many people who the casino may have scammed but haven't or don't want to spread the word so the casino may still be operating and scamming other people.

But it seems difficult to solve the problem @OP because the casino does not accept crypto and no casino representative exists in this forum. But @OP must fight hard if he wants the case to end.

Hello everyone

I have a casino not paying me $14K can I post the story in this forum ?

You post accusations against one of the casinos that you use and that's okay as long as your accusations are really real against.
Provide details and overall evidence to be able to provide clarity on the case you are experiencing. Moreover, if you state accusations only with stories without evidence and details, then it will be difficult for all of us to believe your accusations.
Maybe if you create a thread here it can help solve the problem you are experiencing but remember it is not easy to be able to solve a case where there is no real evidence.

you are here complaining and at the same time sharing stories of your bad experiences which are beneficial for other people here to be more careful with the casinos you say. I mean you have a bad experience for you but you also tell others not to go near that casino.

to be honest, it's very sad when you get a big win, but your winnings are rejected or not paid. and you are here to tell us without evidence such as screenshots which can make your complaint more detailed so that all of us here can understand your problem.

but unfortunately your story and your complaint will not help you get your big win, because maybe the site really refuses to pay you.

Hmm, I think you'd need proof that the casino you're registered in was in fact not on their banned list before, at least before the event of you winning so that there's proof. Not exactly sure how you'd go about this though, pretty sure casinos just change the static pages in their host server, and unless they willingly give out prior versions of the website version, I don't think you'd be able to get it. I dont' really know how to ge the "google cache" you speak of so maybe you can show that as initial proof whenever you post about this issue?

Additionally, I've seen your inquiries in other sites, I don't think you're gonna get the traction you want here since I don't think iNetbet is known here nor do they have a team here.

I guess they updated it to prevent another case in the future but at least they admitted adding it. The Curacao license doesn't help though because back then one of the top crypto bookies here used to accept USA players while having that same Curacao license.

Getting those winnings back might be unlikely even with our help because based on their response that you shared it sounded like it was already resolved by only crediting back your deposit in full which is what other casinos would also do if they see winning players that are breaking their rules.

They really have few nice game in their.. but the site looks very broke to me and $14k is a whole lot of money especially for a Casino which I don't know how old they probably might have been functioning. I guess your winning was a shock to them which made them took a shocking decision by trying to move faster than their shadow to change the T&C to be in their own favor..
To some point I will say you are lucky they returned your initial deposit which I will advice you hold very strong why you fight for if you can get any chances of getting your winning paid to you... But I doubt that will be possible.

This is a tricky situation. It sounds like you’re going to have a tough time getting your funds. A good start would be collecting any screenshot evidence you have as posting quotes in text doesn’t do much to inspire confidence in your story. Then you might be able to start to build a case that other people can help you get resolution to. Right now I don’t think there’s much anyone can do to help.

I'm a bit confused, when did the change happen and when did you try to withdraw your winnings? It looks like all of these happens in October last year, so you're still trying to get your winnings now? Since most of those websites have already been blocked and labeled that site as scams, I don't think you can do anything more than that.

As others have mentioned, they don't have any presence in this forum, so while it is nice to warn others, it won't help your case that much. I think you should move on or hire a lawyer to help you sue them or something if that is even possible. They probably don't give a damn about your post on social media as long and will claim that they do nothing wrong since your deposit has been sent back to you.

Of course you can post on this board. If they have scammed you then expose them here with proof. But without evidence you cannot declare a scam against them. Action will be taken from here against his casino company whenever it is proved that they have scammed you. Hope you understand.

Where did you even find this site, especially since you are posting here in the crypto forum?

Why ended up using that site which in fact, is not even popular here and the said gambling is not hearing any bell?

Moving forward, what happened already happened and the best thing you can do is to put pressure on them by doing a mass awareness (good luck though).

As long as you can show credible and strong evidence, your problem can definitely be resolved in a casino. And also agree with the story that you said just put your accusation in the scam accusationhere in the forum and hopefully you will get what is right for you.

How will the problem be solved if there is not even a representative of this casino on the forum? In any case, the player got off lightly and was able to get his deposit back. Frankly, I don't understand people who gamble on such platforms at all.

Just take a look at this page:

You are very free to post every and anything you want to post at anytime as long as you're not breaking any rules or terms of service.
Now when posting, you should try as much as possible to come out with proves and evidence and also name of casino so as to aid for quick response to your accusations..

14k isn't no child's money and it's truly worth fighting for and I really do feel so bad how it is becoming too often with casinos robbing it's users and I really feel so bad about it, but in as much as I feel bad for the casinos, players should also  try as much as possible to read the terms and conditions of a casino before jumping into depositing.

Of course it's possible, you know that others here might be able to help you with the problem you want to talk about here and give you guidelines on what you should do.

[~snipped~]

I did a quick search in the forum, and I didn't find any results on "Inetbet.com" I think they don't have any Ann thread here in the forum, the only result that came from my search was someone asking for a loan to deposit to the casino before they can withdraw from it.

I think this story of yours should be moved to the scam accusation board, but I don't know how you're going to reach out to them because I doubt if they have any representative here on this forum. I'm going to stick close to this thread to see how this case is going to be handled and how this info is going to get to the project team.
