In fact, you can recommend your friend to do anything with his money. Either invest in Bitcoin or take a look on altcoins. You just need to show to sides of the coins (give some example how and when people gained and lost) and not insist and hurry with making decision. Giving some statistics would be preferable. But most important - tell your friend not to immediately sell if the price of Bitcoin goes down. Only those who wait and hold get all the cream, others are happy with crumbs.

Bitcoin is now rising, and it has jumped by 3k in less than 10 minutes. Although everyone is happy but also worried, is it going to fall again?
My friend asked if I can continue to buy it? But I see a lot of people commenting that giant whales are now controlling the market. I told my friends not to enter the market for now, but my friends seem to have misunderstood me.
Do you think that this kind of market should be forbidden to enter or continue to buy?
I suggest not to panic selling。
new crypto players will definitely be very scared and think that the current bitcoin price is very high but actually it's not because the price of bitcoin has the potential to continue to rise up to $100k++

you are a wise friend if you recommend your friends to buy bitcoin right now
believe me bitcoin at this price is an opportunity that shouldn't be wasted right

Though it is risky decision to suggest a person about buying crypto currency. There is no guarantee that price will be rising but for Bitcoin, it's a great investment for any time. Just it needs to hold strongly if the price goes down. Besides, it depends on how close your friend is. I think you can suggest when price of Bitcoin drops again.

your friend should have waited for another month as the price drops down to below 30,000$ this is the best chance to accumulate as the value is very low and discounted,
but of course advising someone to Buy a risky investment is really mind blowing but if you are confident enough and being here for long  then you already knew how profitable crypto if we can keep holding for long time.
at least 3-5 years the most for each bitcoin investing .

So far, if any of my friends ask me for a recommendation to buy crypto, I always tell him to first study the condition of the crypto price, both from the lowest price and the highest price, so that at least he can draw his own conclusions about what decisions he should make, and of course if something bad happens of course he can't blame us, I personally will probably only buy bitcoins right now with half the money I have, and the other half I will use to buy altcoins and keep them for a long time.

You can recommend your friend any time to buy Bitcoin actually unless he is a panic seller.  Grin  If your friend likes long term investments more than short term ones, Bitcoin is the number one choice I believe. Your friend can still buy at this level also considering he already bought BTC after some time you posted this. We are still not in a bull market but the price continues to increase. I can't even imagine what would happen when a bull run starts.
It is important also to know the capabilities of the person you wanted to tell and to clearly understand that really it happens once you have been doing this. Because so many cases that blaming has been happening when they suffer losses due to their own fault. That is why we need for them to understand the situation and the risk in investing crypto so they can solely decide it with their well, not ours so this helps to avoid blaming each other.

You can but you have to advice your friend that he/she should assess if he/she is a patient person that can wait for months if not years for his/her investment to go up and if she/he can stay calm when the prices aren't doing good. Now if he/she feels like no for both then they shouldn't invest right now.
It is better to put education first before investing. There are many things that can be done in the crypto world, starting from investing, trading with spots/futures, staking, saving, lending. Analyze before buying, whether fundamental or technical. Make sure any coins you buy or sell are based on your inner decisions.

With better knowledge, it's much easier to convince people to invest in the market that you are aware of. Recommending something will fall back to you if they misunderstood how things work inside the market you are bringing them.

Unlike when they already aware and they will take the risk, there's no problem if whatever happened after they first purchased their Bitcoin, it's on them if how they will play the market according to their knowledge.

Always best to recommend full understanding and all those grounds that accompanied by the investment that they'll going to embrace.

A must thing but not all does have that kind of mindset or patience because whenever they do saw opportunities or some people who had made out some money then thats the time they do really consider out
on putting investment without various research that had been done initially.

You can always refer bitcoin for investment but of course you should need to tell the risk behind it and not only focusing into its pro's so that someone would able to be aware on the probabilities of losing
money and this market is something should be considered no easy money.

you are a best friend if you manage to persuade your friends to buy bitcoin now....now the bitcoin price is around $49k and it has the potential to break through $100k.  if your friend buys bitcoin now (at $49k) then when the bitcoin price hits $100k, your friend has made a big profit.

This is a very nice scenario, but unfortunately no one can be sure that it will come true.
Recommending someone to buy a cryptocurrency is a very big responsibility. If someone has to do this, he should very well inform his friend about how risky an investment is. Otherwise, if something bad happens, you may even lose a friend.
Recommendation is something that someone couldnt neither accept or not and as long you dont force someone to make out investment then you are safe from guilt if ever the price had come down after he had bought the coin and its not bad on being optimistic with bitcoin investment and at least you had shared up this opportunity even though its not an assurance or guarantees to make money but at at least you do spread out awareness
which would really be adding up on the adoption which is always been a positive thing if you do ask me.You can recommend if a friend of yours is really that interested but always mind them about the risk involved
and dont make out guarantees.

There is no good or bad time to buy since no one knows what will happen next or whether the price of Bitcoin will continue going upward or retrace a little. Buy Bitcoin whenever you fill like buying but don't try to ignorantly wait for the market to go deeper before buying because the market might just continue it bullish trend with little retracement which will be painful if one failed to buy now due to trying to buy at the lowest deep. The market is not that predictable to the extent we might think but we should always take actions at the right time.

You can recommend your friend to buy Bitcoin at anytime in my opinion. But I'm saying this considering your friend is thinking of making a long-term investment. Bitcoin makes people the real profit in the long run rather than a short time period. Even if your friend buys at $50k, he can double his investment for example as long as the price reaches $100k at the end of the year. Of course, there is no guarantee for it but the most expected movement from Bitcoin is this now.

When it comes to buying recommendations for cryptocurrencies, I am always extremely careful. In a situation like this where prices have been rising for a long time, this is very difficult. I try to avoid a direct answer and say that I am not selling yet because I believe the price will go up. In my opinion, this is the most diplomatic answer if you want to give one at all.

We know that bitcoin is volatile, it is not right to inspire someone to invest. Although most of us who are in crypto space can speculate a lot about its future, Definitely it will be in a much better position. as it is much more volatile, there may be temporary loss. If any one hold it long time then they will definitely  make good profit but it is foolish to ask someone to invest in this platform.
It was wrong with you but at least we help them know about Bitcoin that is the most important. If nobody else will thought this thing, how can they understand crypto? Telling them is not just to encourage them to invest but the purpose of this is to give them some insights and the use-case of this project.

I know many had known about Bitcoin, about cryptocurrency online but because no one is able to enlighten their minds that is why they keep themselves ignorant to this. They deserve to know about this and it's up to them if they want to buy.

Get him to decide for himself.

Why should you feel the obligation to recommend an investment strategy to someone else entirely? If it doesn't pan out, they will blame you and your reputation is on the line.

Especially with the crypto market at such heights, I would be pretty uncomfortable in terms of selling recommendations to anyone. If you absolutely want to, either tell them to DCA or to wait until a correction below $40k occurs again before buying a lump sum.
They will certainly blame you if you're the one who's been encouraging them to invest.

But if it's your friend that asks for a help then you're not accountable for whatever is the outcome of his investment through bitcoin. But it is bitcoin and it's understandable that it's best for long term.

Still, there's a need to explain how high its volatile is.
yes, I would also probably do the same. I will explain what I know about bitcoin or cryptocurrency, then I will give the final decision to him. many people blame others when they get lost in the crypto world because of such an invitation. even though there is currently so much positive news regarding bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, we can't stop FUD which usually comes suddenly and dumps prices again. however, give him as much explanation as possible, and give him references to charts and news. maybe you can explain to him about the popular coins in CMC or CG, it's very easy to understand. other than that, try to give him an idea about the potential of a coin, and you can give him a reference in graphic analysis that is usually found in online magazines such as Cointelegraph.
again, let him decide whether he should buy or wait. make sure to tell him DWYOR
It's for them to decide, I won't give them a sense of giving the final decision in front of me. I'll let them freely choose what they want.

As long as I've done my part telling them the ins and outs of investing in bitcoin, they should do their own research further and decide for themselves so that they won't me if things didn't go as expected.

They will certainly blame you if you're the one who's been encouraging them to invest.

would definitely feel bad for giving recommendations that didn't live up to their expectations lol. better to just educate the good and bad investing in bitcoin. and ask or explain more about of his investment plan for long term or short term . and provide a clear explanation of bitcoin price movements and volatility in market price.

And yet, they have some options either to take the advice or just to forget it. In fact, a lot of people become scam victims due to some colorful and promising words used by the scammer and I think it was more reliable when it comes from a friend of yours than strangers. If I have been told and educate about Bitcoin before, maybe I invested in Bitcoin early but unfortunately, none of my friends know about this so it happens that I'll be the one to recommend and educate them.

Anyways, so really happens in real life, doubtful minds will remain doubtful no matter what you do, no matter how many proofs you showed to them, they keep ignoring.
