I don't think so at all. because it is a matter of continuing heredity into the future and about the compulsion and urge of the libido that exists in every human being.

Man can live without anything apart from food. Man can live with clothing and shelter which are the major needs of Man. I saw someone who included sex in the compulsory needs of man.
