For me, music is a stress reliever but not totally changes our lives. For others, music can change their lives if they know how to sing. And for others that can't sing, music is just a music.

Throughout society, many question if music actually has a strong affect on people or even if it can change peoples lives in general. In my opinion yes, music can change peoples live in a huge way. I seen in many cases where music helps a person stay out of trouble due to peer pressure or even helps them deal with mental, physical, or even emotional abuse they encounter on a daily basis.

My question for you guys is.... Do you believe music can change peoples lives and why? Also if you have been affected by music in any way please feel free to share your story on how it affected you and or change your life.

Thank you 😊
yes because next to love, music is the best solution to any problem, music feeds the heart with what it needs in the moment and this is what it means if you get chill while listening to music. Music is life Smiley

I believe that music can change lives. But of course, not all have the same effect music can bring. In my opinion, music can be of help in uplifting the mood or vice versa. Depending on the content of the music you are listening to. For example, as a Christian, I listen to different music from different people. But when I am feeling down and depressed, whenever I hear a song or music that resonates to what I am feeling, it speaks to me as if it knows how it feels and then I'll feel a little better.

I think yes, for the song writer, music can be their way to express their feeling and emotion, and for the listener some people become more relax after they heard the song that had resemblance with their problem, and music also can unite people, so it does make some positive things for human being

Yes it could. Some use it as an escape to their problems even for just a couple of minutes and some shared a lot of memories in just one song for example couples that broke up and they used to sing a song a lot of times and when they listen to it they reminisce

i always recover from my psychological illness by the help of the music. of course it is not the only way to get well but definitely has a huge impact on my soul. sometimes things getting harder in life, you feel yourself in a movie like a drama, and listening to a cheerful song or slow one, make feel you like you are not alone.

I believe that music has the ability to affect its listener. It can lift the mood by just listening to it or even make you cry or laugh. Music is a universal language that transcends even human knowledge.

There are different genre of music. I believe the type of music one listens to, do have one impact or another in the person's live, which could either bring about a positive change or a negative one. The melody and lyrics in a song bring about music and music itself is life.

Music has been used throughout history and across cultures to influence the body, but only in recent decades have researchers been able to examine how it is processed through the brain. These recent discoveries explain the relationship between features of music like rhythm, and improvements in physical health, particularly in rehabilitation. They also explain why people with Alzheimer’s disease remember all of the words to songs but can’t have a clear conversation. In this unit we hear and see how music has been used, often by qualified music therapists working in hospitals, to influence the body and support fitness and rehabilitation.

I really think that music can, music influences people's mood and attitude. Music can even help us relax, stay focus and relieve stress. I really think that music can change a lot of things because music can be used as an inspiration and music it self can be a message or a shared experience by the song writer it self.

Yes, for sure. From the really simple, basic impact - where music can help get over a heartbreak, or the loss of someone dear - to the more significant ones - think of anthems of social movements, fund raising, impact that music videos can have on education or equality.
