Yes I agree, having zero competition is the thing that is actually unlikely, I mean nobody would want competition that part is true, but everyone has that right to be your competition, so you shouldn't be really going against this. Doesn't matter if they come in later after you prove a concept, the world is filled with a lot of people who did a job, and everyone did the following.
Even in crypto, we see plenty of projects, like someone did the first ever NFT, then everyone else did it. Competition is not something you can avoid, it will happen and you have to accept it as reality.
