There is no perfect system in the world so everyone can penetrate if there's an opening especially if the hacker is quite good and has been robbing as his job. This is why I'm always telling you guys that spend some money for your security through buying an hardware wallet.

I on my Laptop and opened google chrome browser and was listening to songs from youtube. Everything is fine here. But, after a little, I wanted to check my 1100 USD as I have still fear of hacks! Then I opened ethplorer and I shocked again! My every coin moved, every coin! I can't think of anything! How can hacker hacked my wallet this time where I created totally a new Address.

The Highest posibility is that, the computer or cellphone you are using has been compromised.But after night, I can't sleep in morning too. so its better to check it out for malware or any spying programs.
Or its better if you reformat it all. make it safer first before doing something.
And try to think any possibilities how your wallet have been compromised

Most likely you once visited a third-party website on which there were viruses, or mistakenly visited the phishing page of the wallet. It's sad to read such reports, but this is only your fault. You need to be very careful, especially before you type private key

To search for the reason now does not make sense. But here are 3 things you need to do first:
1) use a separate computer for wallets and exchanges.
2) put sites in bookmarks and not be caught on phishing sites
3) when you login in the wallet, don't use the Private Key, but use Keystore / JSON File.

there are only two possibilities here:
1. you are not visiting MyEtherWallet website but instead a fake version of it and you keep making the same mistake and keep feeding the person owning that website when he creates a fake wallet that he controls.
2. you have a malware on your computer that is monitoring what you are doing on your PC and when you visit MEW and create a new private key it just copies it and broadcast it to the hacker which then takes your money.

Maybe your etherwallet had been accessed by other people or specifically scammers. There are only one way to access access your MyEtherWallet (MEW) and that is your private key. There are possibilities that you signed up your private key into airdrop or bounty forms instead of signing in your address and maybe you signed in the pished crypto exchanges site/s. What I will say is SORRY for your loss, I can't imagine how you feel, it's painful to lose hard earned money this way. Are you using any chrome extensions as VPN, mostly hackers can use those tools to do their exploits. If not, then I think there is a payload(virus) on your pc which is helping this wicked man do his executions on you. Hmm, SORRY.

Another idea would be that the clipboard is intercepted and you've sent to hacker's address believing you are sending to your own address - this can easily be checked.
Both cases we talk about a compromised computer that has to be cleaned.
This is the most possible reasons I can also think of. If you have more than 5k USD before, you should have invested on the security of your coins. You should have bought some hard wallets like ledger or trezor. Security should be the priority of every crypto investors. Maybe your wallet have been hacked. Start moving on and I hope that you've learn something from this experience.
Another possibility is that the MEW website he's using is fake or a phishing site. People should really learn to invest a bit of money and extra time on security. Even a simple method of generating your own wallet offline goes a long way.
These things are very sad. Somebody took over your whole computer. Your all information is shared instantly with the other party. You should never use that computer again

It doesn't matter if you created a totally new address. If you computer is compromised (i.e. virus of some kind), the attacker could have access to your new private keys as well. So stop creating new wallets and forget about doing any transactions on your current computer. If you still have your remaining private keys on paper or somewhere safe don't use them before you clean up your computer, and possibly use them only in a new safe computer environment.

You've been hacked and your computer still being monitored. You should clean it up (maybe re-installing) including any external drive you've been use to that computer. If you remember, maybe you can share what site you visit before it happen.
For some reasons, either your computer is hacked or it could be from your browser. Either way somebody is really manipulating your account. I have always suggested to people never to use myetherwallet else if they are sure their computer is safe. I use hard wallets which is difficult to hack else I gave it out. Sorry about your loss
