I do not think the price of Bitcoin will increase significantly in the coming months. With the stock market, the value of cryptocurrencies has decreased, but that is not the end of crypto. We must be patient, and the BTC historian gives us high hopes that the situation will recover, but not in a few months. However, investments in BTC are long-term investments, so we don't have to worry.

There are a lot of unconfirmed reports that we may be close to getting the vaccine for the deadly epidemic. If this is true, then we will see a quick recovery in the market. I don't pray for the health crisis to linger on, it's too deadly. Hopefully  it should be gone in 21 days and respite with come to the world again.

The market have withstood a lot in the past but what is happening right now is something unexpected, because of this the market crashed by over 50% do you think the market can recover if this scenario worsen and last for several months, what could be the possible solution here in the market.

What we need to worry is that if the humanity can overcome such virus especially the third world countries who have low count of hospitals, doctors, and poor people who can't afford to let themselves be checked, poor technologies and so on. Anyway, enough of such imagination, I am pretty sure that sooner the market would be able to have its own warm comeback up it is just that right now, people are confused of what should do, and afraid of getting infected at the same time, that is why they tend buy recklessly that leads to selling off their assets; crypto and such in order for them to buy something that could save them staying at home a while longer till virus get wiped out.

Exactly! Right now, if you are residing in a country or area of lockdown, your priority is not to get infected and where to get food in case you run out of your supplies.
Market will always go back and may rise again. But the current situation of this pandemic is really alarming.

we can see recent events as a net to filter bitcoin adopters from money seekers, we can distinguish them from the current momentum.

Bitcoin adopters are very confident that this crisis momentum is what makes bitcoin special.

Perhaps you should try looking at the bitcoin history as a good example.
From 20k to 3k and then back to 14k and then 6k again.
That should explain everything.
Remember that it is still in a volatile market and it will happen for a long time.
Maybe even at the time when we are not breathing anymore.

But if you have stable coins then it wont be a problem. Stay with that and you wont see any drop in value.  Grin

And that only shows that bitcoin has the possibility to increase again its value, though we don't know when, but for sure it will rise up again. The high volatility is still there, but the hope of rising up is very feasible with bitcoin. Just consider the adoption, it is growing everyday. But yes, if you want less risk investment in crypto, go for reputable stable coins.

Sure, the crypto market has seen worst of days since its inception and that is the more reason why most crypto enthusiasts who have been in this industry are not panicking at this stage. Whales are taking much profits right now as they buy cheap from panic sellers.

That's more likely to happen. Oh come on, we have seen more than this deep and the market still is recovering little by little and not totally continuous downtrend. I think that is enough for us ti hold on and prosper when that 'day' come. To those who are not new in this industry you would get it. Crypto investment is a waiting game. There are just those people who are only for 'easy' profit which became the image of cryptocurrency especially on the previous year, the moment prices were really high. It might have left an image, which discourages invesyors at times like this, that the market is hopeless. If you are really that tired of seeing red marks, you are free to let go, but do not regret doing so, once the market have recovered from these challenges. And to those who truly believes, use this opportunity to invest to those cryptos in which you think would have a tendency to have a higher market value in the future. Risking is all that we got and patience is all that we should have.

I'm sure there are still many who support crypto and that need to remember crypto is still needed. actually FOMO can indeed change everything with a short amount of time. actually now is the right time to build a portfolio and buy a number of coins that have the potential to get the maximum profit. at the moment I am very confident that crypto will recover, but that may take time. I have read some news, and I have summarized that the reasons do not match the dump on the market. from here I'm sure crypto will recover gradually.

This decline is quite large and makes a tremendous panic, although in history there are still worse events, the market can recover slowly by not panicking to sell. Keep holding and buying at a cheap price
Crypto has been through many rought times already but this one we have right now is too big and too surprising. Nobody see it coming. The crash is not only occuring in crypto, it does with fiats too. If the corona outbreak would keep on, the shot at reviving our economy to normal would go down very low. We should start preparing ourselves for the worst case scenarios cause lots of nation are very affected with the pandemic event. Instead of panic selling, we should assess the situation first so that we won't regret in the end.

people who have been around for a long time and know-how the crypto market works I don't think it will panic that easily. but those who might just enter the crypto market and start trading or investing may feel cheated and leave the crypto market.

This situation is unexpected to us but we have no hand over this. Maximum share markets of the world has dumped and so this crypto market also did same. This is panic and if this situation will exists, we have to face more worse point but we have experienced many ups and downs in the past and crypto market especially Bitcoin and ETH recovered.
You are right, we have gone through times like this in market conditions that might be worse. I guess we just need to be patient and wait for the moment where Bitcoin can make a pump. this year hopefully there will be no obstacles or withdrawals.

I hope you are not new to this forum also this is not the first time such downfall has appeared, I agree this massive dump was shocking for everyone but that's the nature of crypto currency and we are aware of that as well. The entire globe is struggling from economic crises then how can we expect a pump in crypto?

Let's wait till the market recovers and have patience, just believe everything happens for a good cause.
Everything already happens now in the Cryptocurrency, but this is one of the worst, all it took was less than  24 hours to crash the market of over half it's previous value, I like the market to get back on it's feet on this great trial so we can prove that this technology can withstand even a Pandemic.

yes history is repeating itself under different circumstances now .. back in January 2017 crash, people were wondering about same things which we are seeing now. Can the crypto market ever recover? Unlike the last couple of times, crypto really isn't just a "person" industry anymore. There are plenty of major corporations that have started to invest in Bitcoin and blockchain technology so it is safe to assume that we will definitely recover this time also lets see when this happens in the mean time HODL!

Earlier there were also jumps in price and this is a common situation for cryptocurrencies.
After such a decrease in prices, growth follows.

I expect everyone to see this time as a big opportunity to accumulate better top coins, stock market was crashed intentionally maybe to get hands on them cheaper don't you think? This is not the first time the market will face such downfall, get used to it

The dump already happened a lot of times in the market as you could see in the price graph of bitcoin. For sure a lot of investors are already used to this kind of dump in the market as well. Thinking about the dump might be negative for a lot of holders since the it might also be a big loss for a lot of the exchanges in the market since they have a lot of holdings when it comes to cryptocurrency but since even the altcoins are dump they are surely having a hard time about this dump.

Still for a lot of investors this dump could be a great opportunity to invest in bitcoin since the market price is low also their is a new ATH for addresses that hold 1 or more bitcoin . Same as the altcoins in the market since the market price is dump Ethereum,XRP,BCH, etc. could become a big profit in the future if you try to invest.
