not all altcoins can be the same. altcoin is currently like an item on the market. but has no other function, other than just to accumulate numbers. if altcoin is accepted in all countries, I think there are only a few. maybe the top 10 of altcoin. and others will die. so, don't think if altcoin is accepted, it will affect all altcoins that are there. the only effect of increasing altcoin globally is from bitcoin.
Altcoin by the end of the year 2020 it might be good actually its very difficult to predict as it's volatile. Now all the coins are increasing and the market is good at current situation. If bitcoin increase more in upcoming months all the coins will increase, will have to wait patiently

Of course it is true that altcoins price will goes up once the crypto currencies will be legal around the world. We are talking about a very huge number of audience and if they purchase even a small amount of altcoins the demand will surely goes up and the same with it's price. But if we will be talking about the end of 2020, the percentage is like 60/40, 60% chance that the market will shift to bull and crypto prices will goes up and 40% chance that there will be a little movement of the market that we can't still call a bull run and the price of crypto currencies will remain in the middle.
Most people waiting for the 2020 halving right now its hard to know what will happen in the next couple of months but the possibility to increase the price of altcoin are always high. If Bitcoin back to its all time high I'm sure most altcoin will follow its trend.

Yes that would be ideal but not most of altcoins will increase in price. Only the altcoins that have usecase and good team. Investors and holders already learn, they will not buy useless token anymore. They already learn, those token who dont have usecase will turn worthless in the long run.

It looks like altcoin can be even stronger as the latest study about the market if ethereum is much more domination to affect the altcoin price.
There was no a huge movement in the altcoin price caused by the majority of product that created by altcoin platforms are not oriented with profitability.
Some maybe but not all. Dont expect new projects to have a good price especially the market experiencing a bad movement. If bitcoin will go down at the end of 2020, expect altcoin will be affected as well. Especially halving is coming. I'm just bullish if btc go down, some of the miners who will be deducted rewards, will transfer to altcoins such as eth, xrp, ltc and that will make a great scenario for altcoins but this is just only an assumption hopefully the vice versa happen since it both benefit altcoins.
If seen from history, the price of altcoin will improve if the price of bitcoin is good too. If viewed from the fundamentals, halving bitcoin will happen this year, which we can know that the supply for miners is reduced by half. This can increase the price of bitcoin itself. Well, if prices have gone up like this, altcoin price demand will also gradually improve. At least that's what I saw when from 2016-2018.
