No, bounty hunters keep hunting the new bounty and keep to abuse them to increase their rewards value. However, if the ICO are stopping to not make a bounty then the bounty hunters will not promoting the scam project.
If some ICO will still scam their participants that's hard to stop without proper regulation.

Bounty hunters cannot be force to support scam projects since they are in control of their accounts, hence they make their own decision.
But as a community we can do a lot better to minimize the supporters, this forum have DT members, if we report scam projects, they will tag the projects and this will show to the investors that a certain project is bad.

Yes, we should stop promoting scams project. Because most of the projects today do not just pay the money. They do not give their own token. There is a lot of trouble in promoting a new project in the market. Because the project is completely new. It is very sad if you do not pay the fee properly after promoting the project with so much difficulty. So all of us should stop publishing scams. We should take more stringent measures against scams project.

Thank you

I think many people promoting scam projects today are not doing it intentionally, because there are too many projects out there so people find it difficult to fish out the genuine projects

Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

Ok, that's good terms, but who will implement such rules, because bounty hunters are in a hurry to promote ICO whenever a new ICO comes out in the bounty section, I think POVR has an option where you can exchange your token to Eth but the amount is not reasonable.
Well i believe that we are really engaging ask many scam ico from the past year I hope it will not happen again in again because scam ico is truly wasting our time and money. I hope there should be a rule that implement that the payment for bounty is not token it could be a btc, eth etc. or something that already convertable to fiat. And I really agree on having an escrow for the secure payment for bounty hunters.

Exactly, We can't really blame some people if some of the projects that they are promoting will going to be scammed. Most of the time people are really don't have a choice on promoting them specially if we will see some good things from them at the start. I guess the best way is once we knew that the project that we are promoting is scammed let's just report it to closed it immediately.

Most people are not intentionally promoting scam projects. Most of the time, one finds about a scam or bad project very late into it and then has to decide whether to quit or continue on.

We need to be more careful with scam projects, because unfortunately they are everywhere. It is not an easy task to detect a scam project, even if an ICO seems to be legit, it can end up with a scam after scoring the hard cap.

Sadly it will not happen, most bounty hunters here (maybe like 60-70%) are don't care about that kind of things. They just join without see the condition of the project, especially a bounty that have a big alocation funds for the bounty. They will join the bounty for sure and don't care about anything else.

It is a good idea. Promoting bounties that offer a popular trading token rather than its native token. But the difficulty will arise in effectively communicating this idea to all bounty hunters. Hence I believe there should be a union or umbrella for bounty hunters

unfortunately bounty hunters even know if the projects they promoted are scams or not because the ICOs usually don't have anything related to Bitcointlak bounty hunters, moreover, as an investor we always want to have profit so any ICO give us some promises feature eventhough we haven't done any research about ICO, so we will never which ICO is scam to avoid it.

Two aspects need to be work properly first a regulated body need to be established and every ico have to go through that regulatory body become issuing any bounty. You dan also change initial feel for promoting  a particular bounty. Second the fees to be paid to bounty hunter muat be in usd or btc and that too at regular interval during bounty campaiging and not at end of bounty campaigning.

I like this idea, but I haven't seen it yet, I've had a lot of campaigns over the last year that haven't even paid anything. After that, you do not really want to engage in campaigns.
almost the same experience I experienced during 2018, no project pays participants even some projects have been inactive for a long time. only left false hopes.

That's a good idea and will ensure that the project will go on, but you cannot make the developers comply, because people are still supporting full ICO coming investor's pocket, but I love to see one that implements this and succeed I think everyone will follow.

The main thing is to understand how this can really be done, how to make it so that all the same begin to really move in a direction that would change the world for the better. Probably something is needed here on the example of AI, which would recognize the projects.

When we catch scam project we mark it, if we participate in their bounty we quit. Nobody participate in scam project advertising
deliberately. I like to get paid for my work and I would like to hold tokens for future, how can I do that with scam project?
Scammers are getting better in their scams with the time, sometimes we figure it out late. It`s not something that makes us a scammers
we just had bad luck, but in the moment we find out we publicly denounce them.

Personally I'm actually choosing only bounty where a % is pre-allocated to escrow/bounty manager..this is a good start to eliminate scams.

The problem is that bounty hunters need to invest their time not only in promoting every project, but also in researching each of them. If you would spend several hours to check an ICO before taking part in it, there would be no scam projects.
