Yes, we must be able to stop useless work without getting anything and vice versa, only to benefit those who cheat. In this way it may be effective and can stop fraudulent projects, we must do all the ways to avoid it otherwise we will continue to be trapped and more fraud.

Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?
I sincerely wish there is a check and balance system in place in cryptocurrency ICO projects. That could have helped to curb the scams.

Well this is not a bad idea but that should not be the only thing we do. I believe bounty hunters should take the pain of getting to know the project that they are campaigning for so that they do not promote a project blindly.

I think that not all projects that have fallen greatly in price are a scam. Now there are very few buyers. Therefore, the price of tokens falls so much.

No crypto project wants to share its raised money with bounty participants. We are trash for them, that's why they behave to us like we were irrelevant for the future of the project.

I think that the promotion of fraudulent projects with the help of bounty companies can be stopped now. Think about it, now is the best time, because if you do not participate in the bounty companies for at least a month, then nothing will change, since there are no profits now from the bounty companies, but it will be possible to achieve something more significant.

You are very correct with your point which you explain in your submission of which am very much in support. We should all stop promoting all bounty that pays the hunters in their tokens and in doing that they will not see promoters for their projects. And that will definitely reduce the numbers of investors in their projects.

Good idea. But I think most projects come to get funding so that the project can run according to what was planned, but when funding is not enough some projects become scam projects. So in my opinion, for now it's better to keep observing and analyzing your project that you will follow and continue to see its development.

We can and will fight against fraud. It costs nothing to spend an extra hour researching a project for inaccuracies and gross violations. Immediately share with other members. All doubts should be immediately sent to the chat for public viewing.

For the moment, it is not possible to stop promoting scam projects. Some projects might seem legit, but in reality they are scam. And there is surely scam projects which are still alive. You are only going to discover them after the team has dumped all his coins. We can't really know which project is scam or not. And some of thoses teams have really good talents to make them appear legit. But it also means that some investors/bounty hunters can still gain profits on scam projects when they are still alive.

To find scam ICO is very difficult. we can save our hard working and time if we look careful about this project but almost the time we do not notice it.
You just never tried to explore ICO on your own. There are many ways to identify scams.Read this article and you will be more aware of how to do it:https://hackernoon.com/satoshis-2nd-gift-part-3-ico-research-d8e1abd48e8e.
It's difficult to stop those fraudulent project which resulted to scam people here in cryptocurrency. The anonymous identity is the main reason why more of us who invested will be prone to be victims of scam projects. If we wanted to be safe from all of them, never engage with their social medias and be part of their group. Just scout their platform first before deciding to invest, because of no assurance we need to be more observant in the same way as other old traders did

My concern is that if the ICO fails after giving 40% of the amount meant to be given to bounty hunters in form already established coin, will they be angle to get it back, peradventure the ICO fails.
Although, if such rule is employed, it will make not only bounty hunters, but also investors will be confident of system.

I support escrowing part of bounty payments before launching a bounty campaign. Bounty hunters have been taken advantage of by many ICOs who refuse to honour their part of the bounty terms even after a successful ICO.

even escrowing part of bounty payments is not a solution. a project can escrow some tokens but they will cost nothing and bounty hunters won't receive real payment.

This is definitely feasible if today most of the people start to really analyze the situation, and not just make some strange choices, because they just liked the project or they like the picture. I think that this is today an important component.
New projects are good on advertising their product and its attractive but we should not rely on what we see on their site, we can study more so we don’t participate on a scammed project. Escrow program is a good idea since bounty hunters will have their security if the project is scam, and at least have a motivation while working with the campaign.

That's great suggestion, but the issue is that people are more than what can easily be controlled, the very moment you decide to stop doing scam project or lay conditions to be followed that's when some people will busy supporting the fake projects.

nobody can predict in advance if a bounty campaign of an ico will pay the bounty hunter or it will be a scam and not pay and we would have only wasted time, the perfect idea would be that team of ico deposit to an escrow at the beginning of the campaign the whole sum of token due to the bounty hunters...

Now there are a lot of bounty hunters who are ready to work in any projects for any money. A lot of people advertise even frankly scam projects, which immediately show that they are deceivers.
It is because of such bounty hunters that the rewards for good workers are worthless.

This is better and a great idea but the sad truth is many ICO's do not have the funds to run their project and this is why some of them decided to do an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and this days some of them ended up as being scam. As per protecting Bounty Hunters, I think hunter should try and participate in the Bounty Manager campaigns by Julerz Majority of his campaigns funds are being escrow therefore creating 89% assurance that those who participated in his campaigns will get their tokens sent to their respective wallet after the campaign ends.

Well, it is true that most bounty hunters don't get payment after working for several weeks for scam projects, it is a complete waste of precious time and effort, so it is imperative that bounty hunters research well before joining projects so that they can stop promoting scam projects.
