Bitcoin is GOD
Honestly its not a great idea to share your holding on public  Undecided especially when it comes to bitcoin. There are shady people too here on bitcointalk so making your holding public could put a mark on some of you. Better just talk about what coins you have and what you're thinking to buy/sell/short term/long term but not the percentage of them. Personally now ,I'm trying to get funds for a good masternode what I believe it will be in top 5 masternodes soon.
The one that started this thread is not asking about how much bitcoin and altcoins you have if that was the case I will agree with your idea of not sharing that information in public, instead he is asking about the percentage of your capital you have allocated to each coin in your portfolio and there is no danger on doing that.

I have not checked my portfolio recently but I am holding something close to 95% of my capital on bitcoin, the rest is probably a combination of unclaimed bitcoin forks and some icos in which I invested long time ago that will probably never give me any profits.

I have currently around 60% worth of Btc good to survive for 5 years avoiding market pressures to stay Hodl. The rest are alcoins XRP, DGB, XLM large supply low inflationary coins which I believe will survive in the following years.
Keep buying more and more bitcoin because in the coming five years, bitcoin will become some rare commodity and people would be fighting for bitcoin. Your portfolio is definitely worth holding since the increase in values of bitcoin helps altcoins to increase as well. Just stay uninfluenced by the fake news of crypto scammers.
There is no doubt in this fact that in the coming days rather in 2020 bitcoin is expected to show a great pump. All people who trust bitcoin are right now busy in gathering as many bitcoin as possible for them in order to avoid any possible regrets in the near future. By maximizing the bitcoin percentage in your portfolio, you are increasing chances of becoming rich.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
At the moment I'm 99% Bitcoin. I have some BCH that I got for free and forgot to sell. I sold most of it but there's probably some left on some of my addresses.
No altcoins, no shitcoins, BTC FTW!
I'm what you might call a holder of last resort. I'll first get rid of all my fiat and things I don't use and save Bitcoin for last.

I believe that most of the assets should be kept in the BTC, everything else does not make much difference.
BTC ~ 75%
OCN ~ 5%
ONE ~ 5%
AKRO ~ 5%
ETH ~ 5%

I believe that most of the assets should be kept in the BTC, everything else does not make much difference. The figures are approximate, but I want to add some more types of altcoins.

More than 96% BTC.
The rest is:
BCH (maybe 2%) I claimed and sold half of my BCH last year and there's still some unclaimed ones that I own.
ETH (less than 1%)
BSV (less than 1%) Most of it unclaimed.
ADA (less than 0.1%)
Used to have LTC but sold everything when Charlie Lee jumped ship.

I feel very confident with my BTC and not planning to buy any altcoins at this time.

I've got approximately 60% in bitcoins in my portfolio, but my portfolio is not as large as I want. On my mind 60%, it's not a good result so now I invest only in bitcoin and pursue an aim to have over 90% bitcoins in my cryptocurrencies portfolio.

I think most of us here would like to have some of those horrible coins, I mean we do not invest them when they are horrible because we like to invest early but in the end most of us have those small ones that mean to nothing in the end. Yes, they are worthless now but what if it was a big hit and made it to top 50 one day? Then we would be all super rich for nothing.

Hence, we do not put 40%+ of our money into those small stuff, that would be idiotic, we are all 50%+ bitcoin and most of us have ethereum and what not but in the end the amount of people who have 10% of their money in worthless stuff is too high, we all want that quick richness and take that chance.

I have a good portion of my money in bitcoin ethereum and litecoin as well but I still have like 10% on stuff that worth nothing.

bitcoin must have biggest allocation in our portofolio.as main cryptocurrency bitcoin price more promising in future.moreover in every 4 years bitcoin mining reward will reduce, and ofcourse it will make bitcoin price increase alot when its supply become rarely.in my portofolio i have around 30% from total value.and another one in major altcoin.
I am also trying to collect as many bitcoin as possible right now because it is available at cheap rates. It becomes often impossible for everyone to grab bitcoin when it is going through pump phase. We shall never miss the opportunity of buying this mighty coin if we really want to have maximum advantage from crypto market.

I think with the trading capital that I have, the current portfolio composition based on the estimated value of the assets I have still saves 75% in bitcoin while the others I use for altcoin which in my opinion have very good potential, now I focus on bitcoin because I will prepare an enormous amount of bitcoin to welcome the upcoming halving day soon.

I prefer holding maximum percentage of cryptocurrency in the form of bitcoin. At present I don't have a good sum of cryptocurrencies making my portfolio strong. Almost every cryptocurrency holders will be having similar tendency while creating the portfolio. As bitcoin is the trusted asset that has provided with promised growth, it gains more importance than other cryptocurrencies.
I have similar case too because most of the cryptocurrency that I am holding is looking like something that has already been deserted as none of them is showing any sign of survival except some that falls within the top 20 coins, while bitcoin still remain the most positive and promising one among them all.

Bitcoin is gaining dominance today because of all these our actions of ours, we all tend to have more of bitcoin percentage in our portfolio, I also have mostly 80% of my investment in bitcoin, it was actually not up to 80% initially when altcoins were still trust worthy, but ever since altcoins has been disregarded, I have made it my main point to just put my money every time I need to invest on bitcoin, while the remaining ones now to be shared amongst the other top 20 coins.

i'd say that about 80-84% of my investment's portfolio belongs to bitcoin
the rest is ETH, ETC some raven and some other shitcoins
I do think that it would be better to hold 100% of bitcoin instead of what I have now

I have 90% of bitcoin in my portfolio right now as it was too many altcoins and a major chunck of ETH who I have to sell in order to invest in mining which turned out to be the biggest mistake of my life as the rigs and graphics card are at one corner of my house as it costs more to run the rig and the profit margin is lesser than the expense.

This is not important to discuss, but it's for general curiosity. I hold over 100 coins and tokens but most of them found in airdrops so they have near zero value. I only have 11 including BTC that I invested and really care about. I don't want to name all of them but as of today, nearly 66% percent (based on BTC price, not fiat) of my portfolio fills with Bitcoin.
Can you share your percentage of BTC holding? Kindly, only count coins that have value.

Mine is also close to that mostly from airdrops also, I already dump these airdrop coins it's just a sore in the eyes, very frustrating to see this coins that cause you lots of time and effort to accumulate, all the coins that I have now are top coins in the market, out of more than 100 coins.

I'm holding in my wallets only 15 of them have value but I'm still checking if there are still some coins worth adding to my portfolio.
We should always do that, always look for coins with good potentila in the market.

Buy $BGL before it's too late!
70% bitcoin and the other 30% are altcoins, some of my altcoins does have already an amount but I still hold all of it and waiting for the right price before I sell all those. Then bitcoin should sell at the right time, I am still waiting for bitcoin to have another ATH's but in my prediction, bitcoin will have a hard time to reach the last ATH's but still waiting for the best time to sell.  Cheesy
If you don't need the money so why bothered to rush in selling your assets, long term holdings can really maximize the chance of earning much higher
amount of profits. Investors who can keep his head up even seeing the downfall will still hold and wait for the perfect timing to earned.

Keep bitcoin as the big portions of your entire assets will be rewardable in the long ride, as bitcoin always have a surprises of pump.

Generally it variates from 50-75% but I ensure that atleast 50% is in  bitcoin because these days market is in too much flux and we aren't clear whether we are bullish or bearish. Until there is a decisive trend it's always better to be in btc because it acts as a barometer of market. But generally i even sell btc when I see some shakedown coming up but once I enter crypto then I am 50% in BTC always.
