I think you mean games like the popular freebitco.in, right?
There you can get some satoshis for free from time to time and you can use them to try to multiply it in a game of luck or by playing the lottery.
I myself have made a lot of money there, but that was in the past.

Depends on how lucky you are. Most roulette sites give out at least 3-10 free spins for you to exhaust and afterwhich you are required to pay up.
