No we are not using escrow, The ICO period is set at a long enough length that you will be able to start to see the project progress before the end of the ICO. The project looks interesting. You have verified you are really you and that you have some background in the required fields. Regardless, in a community ripe with scams, you'll have a lot of difficulties raising 750+ BTC without escrow.

Escrow is the one thing this project is missing. Even with escrow 750+ BTC is hard. Good luck, though! I'll probably invest.

Why without the newspaper? Surely you understand the need for that or you wouldn't have suggested it in the first place. That picture could have been taken at any time, and it appears the livestream that was supposed to happen on the 10th never happened. Not a good start. You were supposed to post about the livestream with the bounties, but not even a mention. I even waited an extra day.

If you want to raise any serious money here then you're going to have to prove you are who you claim.

So you're just going to ignore requests for you to do as you offered and post a verification photo. As you know, or should know, the newspaper dates the photo. Right now all we have is a photo that could have been taken anywhere or anytime. That might be you.

The verification ~~you're being asked for~~you offered takes all of 5 minutes to prepare with current technology. Again, this was your offer, yet you reneged. If that's not a red flag then I don't know what is.

I guess we'll wait to see what your next excuse is, then.

Offering a bonus for investors is what makes me pass on this one and all the others like it. Offering a bonus just makes it harder for people to invest at the end and makes it an unfair playing field. I'll keep an eye on it though.

End of Day Update
Hi Everyone! The ICO is now live! The ICO terms have been added to the original post, and the ICO portal is now online. If you have completed a translation please update the translation post with the ICO terms, and fix the images (the images are now only available with https). When you register on the ICO portal you will be assigned a referral code that you can use to receive a bonus for BTC referrals. Over the next week I will be working on setting up a testnet that will feature the initial version of Postbase that is based on the Lisk core. The first version of Postbase will not include the subbase module (the module that will replace the Lisk dapps module). The purpose of the version without the completed subbase module is to ensure that all ICO participants will be able to receive their POST at the end of the ICO period, before the completion of the first version of the subbase module. After the initial testnet is live the next task will be to complete the React UI that will replace the existing web client UI, and be used in the desktop clients. Once the UI is completed I will setup a demo that will work with simulated node API calls and content.
