A good thing would be to make public CANN addresses used by customers, so every stoner can see how much CANNdy-MMJ is actually sold

It wouldn't be that difficult. If all the users at Herbal Wellness are using the phone app just have a description field in that app say Herbal Wellness lets say call it a dispensary field, save to said database, then display those records on the Cannabis Coin website and have it say real time transactions. It that would also show how this coin is real and just not another pump/dump ponzi scheme.
