Again and again, unsatisfied Yobit users come here to complain about this shady exchange and his poor support.
First, you bumped three years old topic and OP probably forgets about this and Yobit in the meantime.
Next, nobody from here or from anywhere can't help you to solve anything on Yobit. It doesn't happen to them.
I hope you haven't much money robbed on this exchange and it's better for you to leave them and forget about Yobit. there can be nothing good for you even if you manage to log in there, still a big chance to lose your money.
You would really expect these kind of grave digging when they do simply saw some thread that do relate with Yobit issue and dont mind on how long the thread had been inactive.
Its quite relevant though since it do all connects with issue but the more appropriate to be done is to create a new one so that he would really be getting recent or new answers regarding on his issue.

@renischal issue above then the thing to be done first if on what SebastianJu said about time correction which it is most common case that you would really be having a problem if its out of sync
and if it doesnt work then there would be no viable options left but to let yobit solve itself.

I dont believe that they wont really be having those access. If other exchange can do then why they cant? This is just some bullsh*t excuse.

Got the same issues contacted numerous time their support team

All the time same reply this is the reply

Dear User!

Support answer:

Good afternoon!
Recently, hackers have been actively engaged in disabling 2fa in order to steal funds, so we no longer perform this operation.
If you installed it yourself, you had to write down the secret code (this is indicated by a red alert on page 2FA:
ATTENTION!On 2fa activation you have to write the secret key and hide it in a safe place to be able to recover!
If you lose access to your 2fa device, we won\'t be able to disable it, and your balance will be lost

They clearly saying ur balance is gone they gonna keep it are they allowed to do it is it fair? Binance Bittrex even Hitbtc they fixed the  problem after my id verification why not yobit?

I got multipal coins there

Didn't you have to enter a code first to activate it? So it did work once?

You could check the settings of 2FA and make a time correction. Maybe time is out of sync.

Hi!
I will just write in this topic.

I turned on 2fa in YoBit, logged out, and I can't get back in.
"Invalid Google code (2fa)"
I got a key, so I tried to manually type it in authenticator app, and I got the same 6 digit code as from QR scan. What can I do?

I'm wondering if you have the 2fa issue resolved. Facing same problem before I send my phone for repair, I turn the 2fa off, don't know why still asking for it. I sent an e-mail to support but I don't know how long before I hear from them. Could you please advise how you got the issue resolved. Any other suggestion is welcome.

Where is your old phone? Broken?  Why not just turn it on and get the 2FA code??
I got it replaced, so its in the possession of Apple

If you didn't make a back up on secret code then all you can do is Email their support.
You should make a back up on all of your files especially the 2fa, When you scan the code there is a text that you should copy for back up. You can write it on paper or copy and paste.
I have the same problem.
Does anyone have an email for support?
They are not replying to the support tickets.

save your 2FA codes next time and you will be good to go in case of device failure.  don't rely on your phone, they get lost, stolen, broken often.

It's kinda weird that you replaced your phone and didn't ask Apple to back all the important data into your new phone Sad

Anyway, either you can contact YoBit Support (Which is nonexistence at this point)
Or go back to the Apple store and ask to bring them your old phone for backing up your data, though I doubt they can do that unless you know for sure which one is your phone by IMEI

Just my two cents Smiley
The frustrating part is that I did get my phone backed up. However for some reason the authentication app did not save the code. I do not know why

it is difficult to recover. because google authenticator does not have a back up email. I also often afraid when something happens to my mobile phone.
the only way to make a send email to the contact support YOBIT.

I doubt that you can get back your account in YoBit by contacting their support. A lot of people are having problems with their deposits of different alt coins so they try to get help from support. Unfortunately, a lot of them are posting here feedbacks that the support of YoBit is not responding at all. I doubt you can get a response from YoBit.

That's why I'm not enabling a 2nd factor authentications.

That actually is not smart either. You only need to check all the claims of hacked accounts, I think on blockchain.wallet it happens often, and you could see how often this has proven as a bad error.

Simply make backups of the code, make backups of your important files weekly and make backups of your harddiscs monthly. Store some in the cloud as encrypted truecrypt container, some on harddiscs outside the pc and so on.

Better safe than sorry. But with not enabling you are at a good risk.

I know it has higher risk if I'm not going to enable 2fa.
But I just find it very time consuming to confirm your 2fa by your device and sometimes there's a delay of receiving your code.
But thanks for your reminder.

Safety always eats time. But really... it's worth the time you invest. Luckily I did not yet lose something because of that but surely you know others that were not as lucky. You can read such threads regularly unfortunately.

On Yobit, I had my 2fa security set up, so i have to put in the google authentication code to get into my account. I recently got a new phone, so when i went to the authenticator app, it wasn't set up with yobit. The only way to access it is to get into my yobit account. Any suggestions as to how to get into the account? Thanks

Try personal messaging to yobit and ask for the solution. In my opinion only they can solve the problem as its a high security process.
