I'm trying to withdraw some btc, low value. the system says it sent me instructions by email but I never get that email. I already tried the "resend email" link.

When I log to my account I do receive the email telling me there was an login from my ip so my email does work.

when trying to withdraw, are you guys getting the email they are sending? trying to figure out if I'm the only one. Also wondering if that email is coming from [email protected] ?

they never answer to tickets ....

i requested for my money and also no fund in my account ... you can read my story in this topic :

Were you ever able to access your account after resubmitting your information again? I'm having the same issues with them now, after submitting everything they've asked for, they've stopped responding 4 days ago. Even new tickets that I've submitted, they don't bother responding to anymore..

Everything all good by the way. They asked me to resubmit my documents and bank statement. Odd that I already had done this months before, but they said that I won't have to do this every time. Will see. Can close this...

I realize that, but can anyone confirm that they have recently & successfully withdrawn BTC from BTC-e? OR how are you so sure it's "MY" account only?
I withdrew .28 BTC 2 days ago, no problem at all. btw is your BTC withdrawal large?(more than 10 BTC)

My withdrawal is just over 2 BTC.

I contacted support yesterday, no response yet, but my ticket has been marked as "PRIVATE", whatever that means.

I normally wouldn't go to forums, but with odd banking problems some exchanges have been having, i.e., Bitfinex, and OKCoin, I want to be cautious.

I've never had any issues with BTC-e, they've been very responsive to me. Not my most active exchange, but every once in awhile they just have mad low prices.

you need to contact btc-e support team, there is nothing we can do for you here. they have disabled withdrawals for "your" account. so you need to ask them what the reason for it was.

it can be a simple reason like you changing your password in the past 24 hours.

Sometimes I wonder how people turn a simple matter to a big deal I believe its until when all options have failed that you come and open a thread. There was a time I attempted withdrawing from an exchange site, I was sent the link, I ckickeed but didn't see the funds days passed until I open a ticket which took additional days before I was told I never even clicked the link because I clicked on a mobile while I was working on a laptop and immediately I did this, the coins landed. So support is the first call rather than the forum.

BTC-e has a lot of complaints against them in the short near term, during the period March-April. They are closing down accounts without any valid reason. Clearly they have problems, you need to contact support and hopefully you solve your problem. Once you get your bitcoins do not ever touch that website again. There are a lot of better exchanges.

Hmm,shouldn't be happening,I guess it's some sort of technical issue and will soon be solved, your best move is to contact the support, they should respond pretty fast.Apart from that there is not much you can do right now,I hope you don't need the BTC really fast
Tell if you have resolved the issue cause it's bothering why this is happening and whether it will be addressed quickly

Anyone else having this problem?

I have verified with them already (i.e., sent documents) and I was able to make BTC withdrawals before no problem. I recently made a SEPA deposit, which cleared, bought some BTC and want to withdraw BTC, but I get an error:

"Denied for your account. Contact support."

Is anyone else able to withdraw BTC, or is BTC-e having problems?

I had this same problem with an exchange a few weeks ago, and my withdrawal wouldn't get confirmed. I reached out to support and opened a ticket, and they came back at me with the requirement to change my name to a "real name". Once I changed my name on the account to what resembles a real name, they processed my withdrawal. Could this be a similar issue to what you're facing?

So much for anonymity... Roll Eyes

I think BTC-E engages in selective scamming, I wouldn't use.

In the past I moved bitcoins and litecoins in and out of BTC-e with no problem but I haven't used them in a while. I only deposited using direct transfers of those coins to my account.

I have heard that they have some problem with their bank accounts recently and as you have deposited via sepa transfer they may want to make some investigation before allowing you to withdraw bitcoin.

You don't have any other choice than waiting for their reply.
