I've contacted BitTrex and received their response. Here are the steps we all need to follow:
- Join #BitTrex and promote CAPTcoin there. Join the "Guerrilla marketing", using their words.
- Tweet @BittrexExchange periodically asking them to add CAPTcoin.
They said: "We respond to creative and insightful posts to help market your favorite coins and Bittrex".
So we need original tweets promoting both @CAPTcoin and @BittrexExchange. - "...length of bitcointalk thread, volume on other exchanges, etc.":
