I just get the "error 524" message. This started some time yesterday and I still get it now... i haven't seen anyone else state this problem...how do I fix it?

and it makes things a little more difficult for people trying to create bots.

And the newbies should be advised not to dump their coins but rather sell in small amount of 1-25 in batches if they need to sell.

Grow a strong community. That's the base for any strong, lasting coin.
Market the coin, which is already happening with the referrals.
Create a development fund. This is achieve with the built-in donations and the sale of Ads
(100% of the income will be used to buy CAPTcoins and sent to that fund).
That fund will allow continued development of the coin.
I personally will create or install several services (games, services).
The growing community needs to work together on new projects.
