Initial plans include

- Small giveaways
- New features for the wallet
For now, the most important part is growing the community. We all need to improve CAPTcoin together, it's not a single's person work.
In the future, we all can make better plans for CAPT.

Yes my wallet is currently synced to 23557 blocks.
I had the same problem. I thought that I should put in my own rpcuser and rpcpassword, but apparently that's not the case. When I changed them back torpcuser=captcoin
rpcpassword=captcoin
it synced fine.
