1. After distribution is done, what then? There will be up to 20m coins in distribution. Would it be just a nice bag to have to add to the other bags? Why would anyone want to buy Captcoin after distribution?
CAPTcoin will be one of the most distributed and more promoted coins (because of referrals). There will be a fund for bounties (because of donations and sale of Ads).
So there will be a big community who invested significant time to be part of it, and a continued development, much more than most coins.

A list of addresses which have claimed the most is already developed and will be available at launch time.

Besides the list of addresses, there will be a public list of transactions and their corresponding sendmany commands.
Also, you can browse theses addresses in the block explorer to track the distributed coins.

I doubt many of these coins will be distributed because of the low payout rate of the faucets. This could be an extremely rare coin.
People will be able to claim coins as many times as they want.
So if enough people claim enough times, all coins will be distributed.
Otherwise, remaining coins will be destroyed and yes, CAPTcoin would be very rare.
