Still, they are rectifying the bugs in the Incentivized test net only, if they don't find any errors during this Incentivized test net they will release the live version right?

The live version will come when the Incentivized-test-net staking is over. And u should not bother yourself about absence of work to fix the bugs during testing phase. There is still plenty of relevant pieces as Oroborous protocol in Cardano is really complicated.

If you read above the given article than it showing clearly that is still in Testnet phase so it is normal to fix the bugs which appears during this phase. Once they will get satisfied than they will head towards the mainnet which will be more smoother.

It seems that because of the effect of bitcoin rising then everything also goes up including cardano, if this can last until mid-2020 I think cardano will be back as it used to be and can make up to tens of millions of dollars in volume a day.

Till May there is chance for Bitcoin to increase its price because after May we are very close Bitcoin halving, meanwhile if Cardano manages to release their active developments and it will surely help the ADA coin to increase its price again. Now the market is in upward movement there is a chance to increase ADA coin prices again.

I don't think that it's related to Cardano; Charles is the owner of IOHK and has complete freedom to work on/for the projects beyond Cardano, and these PoW/IoT/Privacy projects sound like they don't belong to the Cardano ecosystem.

They didn't remove them for testnet, arguably because want to test the stress resilience of Ouroboros protocol.
