the answer is of course no because it's too difficult for Cardano to hit the $ 1 price tag despite the rising market conditions. while now reaching $ 0.2 may take a long time. we cannot say that's is possible can to happens or not because the fate of Altcoins depends on Bitcoin. even though Cardano is one of the top coins in CMC but that doesn't guarantee the price this coins will continue to rise.
Now it is not easy to tell what will happen, cardano was $1+ back in 2018 even with the supply, going by the tech of cardano it is very possible to hit $1 or more depending on people's demand for it or probably in the next bull run (if there will be any this year), the way I see it, only in a serious bull market can the price experience such increase.

1$ this year, it might be possible. but on the condition that Shelley succeeded in attracting new investors. So far there has been no increase in market demand after yesterday's Shelley hard fork. so I can't be sure if this update actually had an impact or not. after all now people are focusing on the DeFi hype so maybe cardano will still take a little longer to get up.

Multiple and increase by 8.I think that's possible and realistic to be seen. For bitcoin that's very possible to have times 8-10 gains and we're waiting for that. That's where I'm basing, if it's possible for btc so that could be too for alts like Cardano but necessarily for all of them.
Cardano is a good project, unfortunately it was just caught by the market situation, but if the bullish market will come back, Cardano is surely one of the altcoins that will rise together with bitcoin. I have a feeling that altcoins season is just around the corner already, bitcoin is so bullish and more push we will see some FOMO.
There's nothing to explain more about the cardano project as overall this project has a good potential, but the overall market has to be considered also as it's hard to sell a product at a bad timing, of course its time will come.

Its a good project to watch out, its been on top 10 for a while now. Although the price didn't jump up when the defi hype started, its still a new project that is about to speed up soon. We are still in the q3 of the year I think it will really be in a good position to quickly be on the top 5 when the development goes on but this is a long term investment since there is no pumps happening.

The target of $1 is aiming to be 7 times over from what they are currently valued in the market. Since we are already in the 3rd quarter of this year, this value is quite hard to attain at the end of this year. DeFi projects are getting their attention these days, however, people are now extra careful as they already know that hype alone is not a significant factor in pushing the value of a particular project. They are now looking for the actual development and real progress before jumping on the hype. Twice over may be possible but 700% increase is very challenging, in my opinion.

It's good to see that after years ADA pumping now very well, I lost my hopes on ADA and sold out months ago! But now the growth of ADA giving an intense excitement for the future price of it. This is a big target so everyone may have a different opinion about this target. Because if I look at it with reality then this target seems difficult to me. However, everything is possible in the crypto market, while many unnamed coins can pump up huge numbers in the market. Then of course a popular coin like Cardano can do something good. It is difficult to know in advance when a coin will do something huge.
