it might be a dilemma if i were in that position. i might continue playing and let my excitement take over, or i could stop right then and there. i'm not sure what my decision would be at that time. however, from experience so far, i tend to hold back when i win big. i don't immediately cash out, i will leave the reward in my account as capital to play the next game the next day.

indeed, several times i had to lose it all because of consecutive defeats, and that was quite annoying. but because i play for fun i don't think too much about it even though my mood that day will be messy.

That is the greed that often comes to gamblers who have already won. They forget that they have won and should stop gambling and not continue gambling because that will only make them lose. They should be able to understand the situation and not choose to continue gambling, especially if it is a big win. With this big win, the gamblers can withdraw their money and enjoy their winnings but the reality is that the gamblers continue gambling because they think they can still win some more money in a few rounds. And it is true that everything has its limits and if they have reached their limits, they must immediately stop gambling and leave the casino.

Of course, if a player wins, he will continue to play, because few people are ready to stop after winning, but it is important to stop on the day you win, rest is also needed. And in case of a big win, you should withdraw your profit and leave a game deposit, this way you can definitely save what you won and continue playing from the level where you were. Withdrawal of profit is a very important point and not only in gambling.
Most gamblers do not stop gambling after winning because the desire to get more is activated then. Greed for money is in everyone.  But one can control it and one cannot control it.  People who can control their cravings stop gambling after winning.  But those who cannot control their greed continue to gamble to win more money but their happiness does not last long and they lose again.  This number is limited to a very small number of gamblers who can win repeatedly due to their good luck

I want to pose a question that I believe is quite expensive for many of us here, and it's a dilemma most of us can relate to. We all know that gambling is a game where we put our luck to the test. However, there's a crucial moment in every gambler's journey. the moment when you hit that big win. Do you cash out and savor your victory, or do you continue playing in hopes of even bigger winnings?
To me It’s not like a test as you call it and your meaning of winning big is something i feel is way more than i have ever experienced since my journey of gambling began. I have never won a significant amount before but i have won a few time even though it’s not a big win but whenever i win I always withdraw my winnings and spend it on things that needed to be done and pause for the week because I always set aside a percentage of my weekly earnings for gambling and only gamble once a week. I always keep my gambling addiction in check, I knock becoming an addict is bad for me so i don’t risk it even though it can be tempting sometimes.

I've often wondered how many of us can truly stop playing when we are ahead. It's a challenge because the allure of winning more can be irresistible. I've witnessed situations where a friend deposited money into a casino, faced losses, and just when he was on the brink of frustration, he struck a significant win. Did he stop playing? No, he left his winnings in the casino, only to lose it all again.
So, I ask you all, what would you do when you finally make that big win? Would you cash out immediately to enjoy your winnings, or would you keep playing in the hopes of an even more substantial prize? Shocked
A lot of gamblers are faced with this problem and it has happened to them countless times but they never learn. There’s nothing wrong in gambling again but you should be aware of its risk and only leave some percentage in the casino incase you want to gamble again and withdraw some for other purposes. If I should happen to win big i will not hesitate to cashout my winnings and leave a small amount to try my luck again.

If you keep playing you will stop when you've lose all of your money, it obviously not good and you will angry since you regret why you were not stop at that time. Cash out and enjoying your winnings is a must, you need a self reward in order to make you happy and not make you think gambling is bad.

Don't be greedy to stop gamble only if you've make $100,000. Tongue

Don't be greedy if you have that chance to win some decent portions of money from the amount you stake, if it's possible to cash it out and
enjoy the money, better to take that opportunity.

Most of the time, those who choose to continue and lose after always regret that mistake, something that you might needed overcome when you
are actively betting/playing.

If you can beat that emotion and let yourself quit when cashing out your money, the enjoyment after playing is much better.

of course I will make a small withdrawal from my winnings, and will put some more money to be used as gambling capital again, the point is I will not cash out everything, winning when gambling should not be considered just a moment of luck, rest assured there will be other wins, gambling using good concepts must be applied by many people, gambling has become entertainment for me, so I will not leave it immediately, gambling has become a part of my life.

If I have a big win in gambling, I will withdraw half of that amount. This is considered a reward for me. I will save it or spend it on family activities. There's one more part left. I keep playing, hoping my luck will return if the chance doesn't come again. I will stop for a few months to calm down. I would not foolishly use my bonus to try to get back lost money. I will continue to play with the initial small amount. This is how I use it every time I win. Whether the win is big or small, I still apply it because it brings high safety to this game.

It is not a rule that every gambler must follow, but it is a way to avoid losses we might experience when we continue gambling. By continuing to gamble, we can experience bigger losses and even lose all the money earned from previous wins. Every bet does have a 50:50 chance but when we start gambling, our chances of winning will decrease while the chances of losing will increase. And if we are not observant, we can lose and lose so much money that it could cost us all our money if we don't stop immediately.

Taking a short break can also be a solution to avoid loss and reduce emotions or tension after gambling and experiencing loss or even winning. By resting, we can reduce tension and think clearly about what to do because we have been gambling for some time. And during that break we can see how big a chance we have if we still intend to continue gambling so that if the chance is not big, it is better for us to stop gambling immediately.

The only thing that bring this quick conclusion to cash out is doubts and fear. However, trusting in your ability and predictions sometime chase away this self confidence in your own predictions. It's a rule that you must cashout and even, only few gambling platforms has it, there are some platforms that will never give you that option to minimize loss.

I have had games in the past where I cashout and at the end, your initial predictions played well and then it becomes a regret because what this gambling platforms does is that when they give you an option to cashout, your pay out will be slash by 8 or 9 even if you have just two or three games left to be play. They are doing it so they can reduce the amount they will pay you if your prediction went through. I don't like it at all, once a game is stake or wager, I remove my mind from the money because it's has been risked, if it comes home fine and if it doesn't, then we go again tomorrow.

In general I like to enjoy my wins so I withdraw at least %25 of my money that I won from casino to spend it for usual things. But sometimes, if I feel more hungry (or thirsty) for more money I completely leave it away in casino to use later. I would personally suggest everyone to withdraw %25-35 of their money to enjoy life. Then you can return back to gambling. When you never use money that you win, it feels really dull. I don't want gambling to be routine like working, it should be entertaining.

How do you manage to get 25%? Gambling platforms are smart people, I'm not sure of your betting platforms but before you get upto 25% or your deposit, you will either pick to withdraw your deposit with little change or live it, that's what my bookies does all the time because of you are not willing to give them your capital, you wouldn't have there own either. It's either you live the stake u touch or you complete cashout the capital plus some tokens.

Yes, or at least withdrawing 80% of the winnings is no problem and the rest can be used to gamble again because wise gamblers definitely know what to do when they win, but personally because I consider gambling just as entertainment to have fun, I usually Withdraw 80% of the winnings including my capital, leaving only 20% of the money to be used to play again until you really feel satisfaction from gambling.

Everyone definitely has a different amount so it might not be the same, sometimes there are those who withdraw all the money then stop resting when they win, there are those who withdraw half of it and use the rest for gambling, everyone's views are different but the best thing is not to make that happen. as a routine so play within a certain time limit so as not to become an addicted gambler.  Wink

Imho the answer to OP question is obvious - it depends on what a person wants from gambling. If he is gambling to change his financial position (in both ways Cheesy), then that person has a specific amount he wants to achieve. Until not reached - keep on playing, cash out when achieved. If a person gambles just for fun, to kill time, to get specific emotion - then he has a already set a budget for that goal. Gamble until fun is over, time has killed or you get enough joy.

Withdrawal of profit is a very important point and not only in gambling.
When a player wins and continues playing, he must be prepared for losses that can come to him at any time because in gambling, it can come after they win. They should rest first while calming their minds and withdrawing their wins, as you said so they can enjoy their winnings. And they can also save a little money to prepare for gambling another day after resting. Withdrawing winnings that have reached the withdrawal limit is something the winner must do to celebrate their winning moment with their family and friends.

That's right, they should be prepared for surprises in the future, as we know if you or they bring the role of greed in any field then it will usually always end up with unexpected things and you will regret it. Right buddy, usually greed will come when they have managed to get a victory, instead of stopping and enjoying the victory but they continue to play and say "I'm sure I will be able to win much bigger", they assume that it is the right time for them to act aggressively, haha lol even though they do not realize that they have entered the gambling trap, which means that the final result will usually not be as expected.

Well that's the best they can do, I agree with you, this is gambling which means everything is luck and always unpredictable about the final result. Therefore, it is better to withdraw as soon as possible and go to enjoy the victory, do not ignore any temptation that looks tempting because it is very likely that it is just a trap. Allocating a little money to enjoy the winnings with friends over a glass of beer and a box of pizza and leaving a little to gamble on tomorrow, that's better and that's the real victory. Wink

There is no doubt that if ever I had already made a big win, I will certainly cash out immediately.
This question depends on how a person perceive wins as every gambler has their own winning amount, maybe that 'big win' is not as big on the perspective of other gamblers. Personally, I think it's reasonable to cash out immediately to secure your win because if you keep playing, there is a tendency that you might lose the money again. If you are already contended with your wins, then do not have any second thoughts and bag your wins already. Because if you keep playing, there can only be two outcomes for that, it’s either you can earn more money and you lose your money. If you're being practical, then your safest decision would be to not continue playing and just enjoy money that you have acquired. This is just my opinion, but if you are someone who loves to take risks, then go on. But again, why should we put ourselves on risks again, if we can already secure our wins?

Only the addictd gamblers are the one who are reasy to continue playing even they know thwt their body and mind is tired but they want to push their limits and gamble more. If you are this kind of gambler that don't know how to cash out, there are only two ending that can happen to you. You will either win big time or on a lose with zero funds left as you don't know when to stop doing gambling. It's just that there are people who do't really have their a goal or just do greedy that they won't cashout unless they are satisfied with their winnings.

I think even those who always lose will continue to play because of their curiosity. It's not that only those who win will continue to play. Win or lose they will be haunted by curiosity in gambling. Even if they win, most likely they will even increase the value of the bet, it is not easy to withdraw all profits when they win. Because when they win, they think they can get even bigger wins. As far as I know most gamblers are like that, only a few people can withdraw all their profits when they win.

I agree with what you said, if they win they should withdraw it because even if they increase the value of the bet it is not necessarily able to give back the victory but that there will spend all the profits that have been obtained. As much as possible when we win we have to withdraw it don't be fooled by gambling. But it cannot be denied that when we win there will be a sense of wanting to increase the value of the bet. So everything returns to ourselves who must determine in the future to continue playing or stop by withdrawing all profits.

Well, let's not make everything about continuing to gamble after a big win look like it's a rule that any gambler who wins big should stop gambling, else, they would lose everything they have previous won, let not forget that in gambling, every single bet places still have the same 50 percent chances of winning and 50 percent chances of losing, regardless of what ever amount of money the gambler have previously won or lost on the casino or particular game he or she is playing.

We only recommend that is good for a gambler to take a break from gambling after winning a handsome sum of money because, the chances that the gambler will start gambling recklessly out of excitement is very high, which is what could lead the gambler into losing all the winnings back to the casino. For a gambler who can still maintain their responsible gambling habit after winning a nice sum, and also can still maintain the same limit they were gambling with before the win, nothing is wrong to continue to gamble, who knows, he or she may be lucky to even win more by the end of the day.
It is not a rule that every gambler must follow, but it is a way to avoid losses we might experience when we continue gambling. The moment you start trying to win more, that's when you lose. In fact, I'll term it as greed because this is an amount that you never knew you would get, why not take it walk away, and come back another day?

Yes, we might label it as greed, but for those involved, they see it as just gambling. I believe this attitude is what often accompanies gambling. Many sensible individuals would either walk away or set aside a portion of their winnings for another bet. On the other hand, reckless gamblers would risk everything once more, with minimal chances of winning. To be honest, how many of us would even consider playing again?

On the contrary, making a big win is one thing that do not come on a daily basis, and as such, if you are lucky to have won a good sum, the best decision any wise man should have done is call it a day (i.e stop gambling that very moment), go home and think how too enjoy his money, rather than he thinking about gambling further and losing his enter savings, due to lack of self respect and  inability not being able to be satisfied with the little they have. And this has been one of the major problem amongst most people, as they fail to understand gambling is a game of chance, that is you are likely to win or lose
