As for me, I would weigh the outcome of the next game, if it is just double my money then I will definitely cash out, after all I think the win isn't enough to compensate for the risk involved in getting that win but if it is 10x and above, I would gladly see it through the end. I just started betting online and noticed that i can even do that. I always thought that bets are locked but it makes sense mathematically for casinos to allow people taking smaller sums or cut their losses. Statistically speaking it's same for them.
And first time almost cut my losses because i couldn't take the heat and it wasn't a familiar enough sport to tell if the opponent was dominating too much. So i am guessing your question depends on how is the game or match is going. I am don't have enough knowledge on some games to see if key players are not having a good day, but in in MMA or boxing i think i can see if someone's going to dominate someone else so my guess is that i can easily cut my losses if things aren't working in my favor.

You win already so much better if you withdraw the available amount you already have because you could lose all for continue playing since you will be tempt to bet more if you are losing. SO better secure your current position and you can use the money left on your gambling account to play again.
