I'm experiencing a withdrawal issue today. Previously I made a some XRP deposit to participate on the roll hunt contest and I could complete the requirement (4 winning bets) in just 5 minutes. Several hours later, I wanted to withdraw my remaining XRP. Withdrawal was processed but it is listed as an ERROR under the withdrawal history as shown below:
Asked about it through support email and the answer is that I need to meet the minimum wagering for the giveaway winning. The question is, which giveaway winning they are referring to as I did not get any giveaway winnings? If they are referring to the current roll hunt contest, it does not make senses since the contest is still on progress. If they are referring to the previous contest, how can it affect my deposit that I made after the contest?

I also experienced the same. They will probably develop those pages too and currently no data is available for those two links. It is much better if they remove the links for the tine being and only place the links once the relevant pages are published.
If you explore the site more, you would discover many pages have the same kind of this issue such as live support, and blog.
So I just think those pages are still under construction and Casineos teams would update it when they are ready to publish.

I planned to take part in the Roll Hunt Game #3, and made bets with XRP. But my bet history page is not getting updated so I'm not able to submit the transactions. I faced the similar issue 2 days back when I tried the site with PLAY token and when asked in chat it was mentioned that the new game was just launched so the issue will be fixed soon. But the issue still persists, I can only see my 2 day old bet history not the recent ones. I made few bets on dice and blackjack both are not getting updated.

I did experience the same when I participated on the previous roll hunt contest. It seems that there is a delay before all your best get into the bet history tab. What I did previously was by keep on refreshing/reloading the page. Have you tried it? If nothing happens after reloading the page, then there must be something wrong with the site. It was working on my end sometime ago so hopefully it will work on your end too.
Edit: After looking around the chatroom, seems that there is something need to fixed on the bet history and Casineos said that it will be fixed soon today.

I do believe the deposit bonus works like the other deposit bonus on most online casinos where your balance + bonus will be locked (unable to withdraw) until you reach the minimum bet. I guess what he mean by minimum bet is wagering requirement, so you need wager xx amount first to unlock your balance if you want to withdraw. Agree that there should be more details about the terms of the deposit bonus and as well as how to claim it because I do not find something like a black column to fill bonus code, so I think this bonus will be credited manually by sending a pm/email to support.
