Hello everyone, as many of you know, cryptocurrency casinos have chat rooms in different languages and those chat rooms have rules so that there is a bearable coexistence between users, some rules they have is to speak the language of the chat room and not spam, those who are in charge of enforcing the rules are the moderators and something I wanted to know is if the moderators are paid a salary for their work, at the wolf casino a friend who was a moderator told me that if they paid a monthly salary But it was very little according to him, if someone has been a moderator in another casino or knows about the subject, they can tell me their experience, for example in my country, which is Colombia, the minimum wage is a little less than 300 usd per month, if a casino I would become a moderator for a salary of 300 usd per month I would accept the job

Like you say, with globalization it is incredibly easy to find chat moderators who are multi-lingual and have an excellent grasp of English - often greater than native speakers of the language. There are lots of people out there who will meet the requirements to be a moderator and accept a much lower wage, because the currency conversion rate will offer them a great living salary in their country. It is also a relatively low intensity job, that often just requires basic interaction and creating a sort of "lively atmosphere" which can generate continued business for a gambling website. However, if you're living in a place like the North America or Europe it would be impossible to live comfortably on such a salary.

I don't think it is that easy to find a job in this sector. Trust is an important element, and you are not just tricked. You would also gain insight into customer lists, etc., which seems very risky for a casino.
300 usd a month can be much, or can be low.

A month ago Betfury was searching for moderators: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.57390040...

I guess you can still contact @Steve_Betfury in Telegram and ask him is there some free spot! Of course, before that check the link and requirements!

You are asking about the payckech:

Quote
Advantages of being a moderator in the BetFury chat:
-Working in a prosperous company with a potential to grow
-A nice salary which is going to increase with time and when great results are shown
-A big friendly team who is always open to help and answer the questions
-Potential bonuses in BFG and USD for a good level of results(in case the workload is high and you cope with the work greatly)

It's probably similar in other casinos, but before asking for a paycheck you need to have something to offer! I guess more you have to offer (different languages, other skills...) you can have a nice paycheck and if you are good maybe that paycheck can grow!

Pretty sure there are many people who are willing to accept if the payment rate is like what you want. I believe there are others who are willing to take less amount than what you want too. Afaik you are not the one who decide the salary, but the casino because basically there is no special skills is required to be chat moderator.

As what I know, most chat moderators on gambling sites are gamblers who are actively playing and chatting on the casinos and then the casino offer them to be chat moderator. The chance for you is, go find some new launched sites where there are no chat moderators. Be active there and the casino may hire you to be chat moderator but do not hope too much for the salary because $300 per month is too much for chat moderator.
