If all players accept the fact that you cannot win against casinos and treat them as an entertainment portal there will be less addiction to gambling, the mindset of compulsive gamblers is all about making money, and even if casinos promote themselves as entertainment portal they will continue to hope to make money, they disregard the fact that there is a house edge and they cannot beat the house however they tried.

I guess it has something to do with people showing off their winning to boost their ego, they show off even though their winning is just a small fraction of what they've lost all throughout their gambling time, they boast of winning $1000 when they already lose over $20k, how easily these compulsive gamblers forget.

I have never considered gambling as my main source of income as I cannot make a living from it. According to my personal statistics I lose a little more money than I win. Yes, sometimes I win a lot of money for me, but they still do not cover my past losses, because I have been gambling long enough and I had serious losses.

Any person who gambles should have a stable income at the main job and be able to control themselves otherwise gambling will not be fun, but a problem.

Indeed. Most people view gambling as a good source of income because of testimonials that it brought them a good fortune while only having a small startup amount for betting and playing. While it is possible and it came true to some, it doesn't mean that it will always work that way and will also be applicable to everyone. There's no same level of luck, skills, and circumstances afterall. It varies from one person to another, so one must not believe and be encouraged for everything that can be seen online. Since most of the time, gamblers only post their good times and are not really open about the tough times they have undergone.

And a bit of profit. Let's not take that away, we always want to win because it won't be that much fun if we just keep on losing money. Right? For me, that's a stressful environment if you see your graph always just going down in red mark. I have to agree that gambling should not be meant to make money but just intention for fun, that's a crap reason to gamble.

We can make fun without the risk of losing money. Why gambling after all? And for us to make fun of gambling, we need to always win. It's not funny anymore if we keep on losing on gambling even we afford to lose that money we play.

That should be observed but many gamblers look at the casino as a platform to double their money. We cannot deny the fact that even though we look at the casino as an entertainment, once we engage with the gambling activity there is this intention to win a bet. I think most of the gamblers here already understand this concept and indeed I agree that it is better to come to the casino with the aim of looking for fun with a small budget and enjoy the entertainment and if you get a slightly bigger win it is just a matter of luck which must be immediately withdrawn and enjoyed the victory.
