When creating a deposit, you will see a message in the line indicating the amount of the desired deposit "Min sum: 20.00$" and when you try to specify a smaller amount, you will receive a pop-up warning "Error Minimum deposit amount 20.00$!" so you will not be able to deposit an amount less than $20.

He made request to deposit $20 and when system generate deposit address he send $1 dollar to the address. System recognize that and deposit $1 into his account, but deposit is not mark as valid, because is below minimum for deposit.
