It crashed about a year ago, a couple of months after you turned 19.

So how are you 21 now?

You should try telling the truth. It's easier than trying to keep your lies straight.

My mistake, I was sure that the investment bug has occurred as early as June, I really derive no benefit from crashing when I'm 20, 25 or 45.

starting to tell the truth will be a good start to let people understand that You mean what You are trying telling us.

It isn't about behaving like a POS as much as it's telling trolls that are whoring for attention and adding fuel to the fire despite the fact that they weren't the customers of my casino to fuck off. Everyone else is welcome to ask and get their question answered.

The casino was started when I was 18 and crashed when I was 19 if I recall correctly, although it did crash just a couple of months into 19. Thanks for missing the whole point of the thread.

Do the better, exciting things generate enough income to allow you to start to repay the victims of your previous negligence?

After following the community and seeing people fail and fall in debt in their mid 30's while being married and in a relatively stable financial situations, then unable to repay their debt to their customers and filing for bankruptcy. Would common sense dictate that a 21 year old would have 250k USD spare?

In any case I would ask you and your sockpoppet entourage to depart from this thread.

Note I asked if you had started to make it right, not finished.

I guess your angry reply can be read as a "no, fuck those guys!"

I've moved onto better more exciting things

In any case I am sorry for your 2 BTC, it was my fault and mismanagement on my part, I am a lot wiser now.

WTF In the above post you where 18 now 21?

I wanted to apologize for the losses that my customers have endured, I know it doesn't make it right but I was 18 at the time and grossly mismanaged my business. It sure gave me a lot of experience and after witnessing the epic fails of Mt. Gox and other manchildren-run businesses I feel as if I was wiser as a teenager than Karpeles, Kluge and a couple of other honorable mentions of businessmen gambling with the investments such as Klye and so on.

Interesting that you decided to make an appearance. I'm sorry, but I am unable to accept your apology. You see, I believe you willingly kept the site running after the invest bug was discovered, to try and make back some of the lost BTC. You were told by multiple customers that some winning bets were not paying out, but still left the site running with that knowledge in an attempt to collect more BTC. To my knowledge, no unpaid winning bets were ever paid, despite your assurances to the contrary. I'm still owed well over 2 BTC in unpaid winning bets.

This is a far different issue than introducing buggy investment code. It shows willful scamming, and you forever have lost my trust and respect.

I do understand that my apology isn't even worth 0.1BTC but it's better than nothing I guess.

Yes I did take aggressive measures of damage control and kept the site running in the deficit after fixing the investment bug, all would be well and everyone would be paid out if the business had kept running and generating profit, once everyone withdrew it was no longer possible to run the business.

I have paid out many unpaid bets personally, I have paid a couple since the business has crashed as well as I recall.

Sorry that I have been gone for so long everyone.

I might have grossly mismanaged my business but I never lied about the risks associated with investing in my casino, nor did I lie about having any experience which I did not or any profit which you couldn't have potentially made.

I was always taught that a true apology must start with a confession and the person apologizing taking responsibility. So what happened in Casinobit exactly was that the investment calculation script was introduced to a live website instead of testing it first on testnet like many casinos do, a small bug was present in the calculation of the stake which resulted in a minuscule difference between the amount invested and divested. Dishonest members have quickly found this problem and exploited it by repeatedly divesting and investing so their sum of BTC grew unevenly, once ~100BTC was lost (1/3 of the investment as I recall at the top of my head) the bug was quickly fixed by me. Aggressive measures of damage control have taken place with me attempting to keep the flow of income from the casino by discouraging other members from divesting (since no additional BTC was being lost) to ultimately make all the investors whole.

I take full responsibility for introducing the investment bug into the casino, it was extremely foolish, very unprofessional and juvenile. No responsible businessman would do that to a functioning, live casino without testing it a million times over first.

Ultimately I haven't made a single bitcent from that casino and in fact lost some of my own Bitcoins to investors as well as months of my time. I am quite flattered that people seem to think that I ran off with 80,000$, I would probably be on a yacht somewhere in Thailand if this was true. I ask all members that withdrew to be honest and admit that they have the BTC instead of blaming me for stealing the whole sum.

Also to clear things up a bit I am not in any sort of legal/civil trouble despite the fact that multiple criminal cases have been opened against me in a couple of countries for running an illegal casino due to the reports of my customers.

My main motive for coming forward today is that I don't want to be associated with the fat pigs that live in skyskrapers in Tokyo while holding million dollar debts to our dear community which I very much care about.

Your humble servant, Max.

Investment is growing fast. Could be a well orchestrated attack to scare investors or people are really dumb.

umm, what? Really have no idea what site you're referring to...

I don't understand why you would try to ruin our name only because our tables look remotely the same, we were inspired by many casinos  Huh

You also use the word "mavericks". So far I've only heard one other person to use it. Not that it means anything though, could be a coincidence. Smiley

Lol, where did the guy use it? I'll edit it out because God forbid we use the same word...
