As long as I remember they have live chat support, have you tried it to ask about your issue? As kurian mentioned before, your accusation is nothing if you have no proofs. Give more details such as how much is your winning, your deposit, etc.
I'm not really sure what do you mean by "account erased"? Is it something like that you cant login anymore? There is a way to check your stats from the chat room IIRC, mind to share your username to be checked? If it is erased then there must be an error while checking your stats.

You should provide proofs when you are making an accusation. So, just commenting a warning from a new account is unsubstantiated. With some valid screenshots or other proofs would be helpful to understand better.

Its a good new site,worth trying out

A very nice place, great faucet system. But because there are faucets min withdraw is high, 1500 doge with 4 doge fee. Exchange amount is high, 2000 doge. Also even though the robot avatars look nice, it barely fits with the royal theme and is suggestive of another site, I would rather see normal circle avatars, where you put or your image, or royal themed cartoon avatars, queens kings, diamonds, etc. I play on sites with no faucets and can withdraw 10 doge with 1 fee, and exchange 50 to 100 min to other currencies. However if you play with more than pennies, 1500 doge is not a lot, and the faucet system is very nice, available for all coins. Also there are quite a few games running, giving away substantial prizes, roll hunts ad diamonds hunting.

As per OP, they claims to have QUICK WITHDRAWAL. So it should be instant IMO, unless they have different meaning of "Quick Withdrawal".

1 Withdrawals are mostly instant, but in some cases needs several minutes (2-5 max) approval;
