Well, regulation is changing at hte moment and it seems that other countries can follow Japan in banning anonymous cryptocurrencies.
Anyway Japan has positive attitude to crypto in general and implemention of regulation will positively influence in whole industry in a long run

that is big money has been hacked, this will be good if they implement the law for all crypto who going to undergo to japan because they want only to be safe and not to be hack again Casper have been chance to promote the platform to be secured all data of fsa.
