ok - agreed ... but 75% of the farm we have are gigabyte 750ti oc lp cards ...
the spread algo in this ccminer fork wont work with the pool - but the private spreadminer does - and that is built for compute 5.0 also isnt it? ...
or am i missing the point here ... as i am really tired right this minute ...

You are mixing threads here. There was a guy who asked if he could use this version to mine on the gtx660ti.
Your gigabytes will work just fine, and I will make you richer. he-he

This fork only works for the latest NVIDIA cards. Compute 5.0

Compute 3.5 might work, but it is not tested in a while. (you need to build your own binaries and add compute_35 in the projectfile/makefile)
arent 750ti cards compute 5.0? ...

yes they are.  But the 660Ti is compute 3.0.

all good sp ...
im actually quite interested in the spreadx11 algo ... the private miner works really well and works seamlessly with the pool we mine on ( nonce-pool ) ...

It's been a while since the last private spreadcoin miner. I might release build 8 to the donators this weekend

well we have had the donation miner running via the donation link on westahsh without any major issues that we can speak of ...
obviously issues arise here and then - but westhash is a lot more stable that yaamp ...
it really looks like a yaamp stratum issue - so we will keep the donation for quark on westhash until yaamp can fix it ...
x11 had been running for hours and the stratum proxy is still connected with yaamp ...
so - agreed ... its a yaamp pool issue ...
anyone know anyone there to inform them? ... or just a support ticket ...
btw - havent had time to setup the other algos - but they will be up within the next day ... too much on my plate unfortunately ...
#crysx

Westhash is looking good, thanks alot for your support.

all good sp ...

tanx so much for putting a great deal of effort into this highly optimized miner ...

when the official domain ( granitecoin.com ) propagates - we will have the systems permanently setup for donations to you and the other awesome devs ...

so the only change that will be required from these test systems is to drop the 'x' on granitecoinx.com ... everything else will be the same ...

im actually quite interested in the spreadx11 algo ... the private miner works really well and works seamlessly with the pool we mine on ( nonce-pool ) ...

you have incorporated the spread algo into ccminer - but this just refuses to mine with the pool altogether ...

are you going to have this supported with ccminer and working with the pool ( like the private spreadminer ) with all the optimizations? ...

I have fixed the extranounce bug (I think). Get latest and try it out.

after an hour of mining quark through the donation link on westhash - we seem to have had some hashrate 'turbulence' BUT there seems to be so little issues errors ... especially extranonce errors ...

we can keep the quark donation mining with westhash for now - until we can confirm that it is stable enough ...

as you can see from the graph we are mining with erratic hashrates using the testing ( -g -i combo ) parameters ...

we will switch back to the 'standard' parameters and see whether the hashrate evens out any ...

our parameters for donation ( remember that any username and any password could be used - the link converts all of it to a pseudo username and password for the donation recipient ) ...

./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://donate.granitecoinx.com:7919/ -O chrysophylax.test:x -a quark -r 3 -R 7 -i 23.7

lets see how this fares for the next hour or so ...

there seems to be an issue with mining quark and extranonce2 size errors on yaamp ...

no matter what settings or type of mining ( direct to the pool or through donation link ) there ALWAYS seems to be errors ...

the donation link for quark will be changed to westhash to see if that has similar / the same issues - if any at all ...

same addresses as before - but quark will be on westhash this time around ...

quark - donate.granitecoinx.com:7919 ...

any input / advice would be very much welcomed ...

#crysx

I just tried quark at donate.granitecoinx.com:7919

Extranonce2 errors basically 100%

BTW, I still use release44 FTW. Every release since is garbage on my machine.

R44 is awesome, so I am not complaining.

EDIT: So, now donating to sp_ via WestHash

tanx mate ... just needed to verify it wasnt just our miners or systems ...

the link is now active with westhash - and we are about to put our donation miner on the donation link ...

here is to hoping that westhash stays put with the extranonce issues ...

v48 seems to be stable with us though ... lets just see how it goes ...

edit - only just started and accepts for the moment ... leaving the miner working for the next hour or two ... unless there is an issue of course Wink ...

our parameters ( as per sp ) ...

./ccminer -o stratum+tcp://donate.granitecoinx.com:7919/ -O chrysophylax.test:x -a quark -g 5 -i 22

Thanks to everybody who answer all my question, to all those who work hard and support this project and a big thanks to SP !!
I must say this version with quark is awesome !! Here my config on yaamp for those who wanna test !!
2XGTX970 (V1.5.48)
ccminer.exe -R 5 -T 5 -i 22 -g 4 -q -a quark -o stratum+tcp://yaamp.com:4033 -u xxxxxxxxxxxxxx -p d=0.002

Im getting very good hashrate from 30 to 40 mh/s but the average is 31 mh/s.
0.2% reject

Qubit run well too
Ive tested x11,x13,x15 today again but im getting few error with -i and -g (1 to 5) and the famous not validate on cpu. (but it works with good hashrate)

You guys doin very well. We need you !!
