I don't buy 1080 or 1080ti cards. The 1060 3gb and the 1070 cards are best for mining.
sp_, a question for you: would you recommend 1080ti over 1080 in terms of hashrate/price$ and hashrate/Watt? I see that 1080 is a bit more pricy than 1070 but they have the same number of CUDA cores, so not too much difference. 1080 ti has 3K+ cores an opposite to 2K+ cores at 1070/1080.
Count the pins on the satacable. If your cable has a 6pin connector to the psu and 4 connectors, they only deliver 75watt / 4 each. (18.75Watt). I normally don't use more than 2 risers on each of the cables from the psu.
The 4 pin power connector only supply 150W of power. At 110% tdp your card might draw 200Watt. Then your motherboard must supply 5*50watt of power. This is only possible with powered risers. If you use risers with sata plugs, these are not able to deliver 50Watt. The limit is 45 watt..
I do use raisers with SATA plugs from the PSU directly. This PSU has plugs with different connectors so I just plugged the one with SATA plugs to the PSU connector. Not sure though what is the limit for a single connector, should be the same like for GPU.But wait a second, what if I will plug 1080ti? It will suck more than 150 Watt for sure! I need to read the PSU manual...

You got 117MHASH per card with the tribus sp-mod #1 with 100% tdp on the shitty 1080ti FE cards
What are you getting with sp-mod #2?

The nist5 algo is used in other coins as well.. Zpool.ca is currently paying 0.01602 a ghash of NIST5 with 6 coins in the pool. (19 GHASH net hashrate)
current profit for the gtx 1070 with the unreleased sp-mod #1 is (53MHASH)
0.01602 * 0.053 * 3269 = $2,77557714 per day
but if you mine the coins yourself and exchange them you don't loose 30%. (zpool's hidden fee)

I am pretty sure about PSU (EVGA 1200), it should give enough power to all components.

Make sure the PSU and risers can handle the extra load and heat. If not reduce the tdp.
Did you try 100% tdp, -500 on the memclock and +200 on the core?
I find out that my 1070x5 rig becomes extremely unstable if I overclock it more that +150 
it hangs and manual reboot is required since the system becomes unresponsive by some reason.
-500 on the memory to save power. With lower intensity (-i) you can clock higher.
what overclocks do you recommend for a 1070 with your skunk mod. At +180 core clock the miner /computer becomes unstable and usually crashes within a few minutes.

#12 was abit slower than 11 but in 13 the speed is back up again. 12-13 also have a fix for multicard rigs so you will find more blocks.
@Sp - I am getting a lot of virus flags on the last skunk-5 and spreadcoin-13. What has changed that they would flag so much? Your previous versions never set off my Avast. Please advise.
Just checked in virus total. If you do a reanalyse of the old exe files, they get more hits as well. Spreadminer 12 had 3 hits on release and now 10 hits.
Usually generic bitcoin miner warnings. My bins are safe.
after all your bins are fork of ccminer 2.0 which is 100% safe, so your should be the same unless you added something of course

Awesome - I figured as much - I wasn't worried about safety as much as how to get Avast to allow me to download with shutting down Avast - LOL
