i have an gtx 1070 which have 7.2MH/s and found only one block in 36 hours, 18 hours ago and an gtx 1980Ti with 6.5MH/s which didn't find any block on 36 hours of mining...

There is a problem with the 386.xx driver and 1080ti in the opensource miner (nonce not validated on the cpu)

Did you try to run the miner in benchmark mode?

downgrade to 382.xx driver.

Is it valid for "1080"?

sp i would still buy spread private miner but as i said you manytimes i will need linux binaries... you never answered about this.. still releasing it for windows only ?

A user reports that the miner works well in wine. You get the full speed on linux as well by running the exe file in wine.

i started to mine spreadcoin on 3 jul and first day i found 12 blocks, on 4 jul i found 12 too, on those days difficulty was 120+, yesterday i found 8 block and difficulty was somewhere at 130 and today on 140 average difficulty i founded only 5 block in 22 hours. soo something is wrong. on 16.6% difficulty increase i lost 58.4% in chance of finding blocks...

it is open source miner... but if with 53MH/s i didn't find any block in 12+ hours why i can find with 75MH/s ?

You increase your changes to find a block with 60%.
Solomining is all about luck. Sometimes you find 2 blocks in an hour, and sometimes you find 1 block in 2 days.

sp, i have some 1080 ti's and can help with testing nexus. Currently rig of 1080 ti's unstable and freeze after some seconds with/without oc with different intensiry. Tested 1080ti on my working pc - 20% cpu load ( i7 6700k at 4600 mhz ) but stable 265 mh 300 watt

Reported problems with the 386.xx driver. If you have problems, you should downgrade to 382.xx. on the 1080ti. (for both spreadcoin and nexus)

no one block since 12 hours ago on 5 x GTX 1080Ti ... your SP-Mod can do more if no block has been founded???

Your hashrate on the 1080ti is low. 10MHASH. sp-mod #10 fixed 3 Should be closer to 14-16MHASH per card. Are you running with reduced tdp or something? Or this the opensource version?

More than happy if you make it as 2% fee version instead of one time payment. This you hv more long time recurring vs private basis. Any consideration?

Difficult to make a fee miner when you don't have pools.

Use getblocktemplate: much better than pool hopping, both for the miner and yourself.

And this info requires a donation I guess Smiley
Whattomine and nicehash as a good coverage with respect to coins in the market.
Coin(s) you are mining are very special ones I guess.

No, I'm not selling anything here ))
Just look around and try ... I have no special info or insiders ))
And a lot of miners are earning much more then me (per card) ... and with public software ...
sp is known as seller of others work and bad shit ... so don't feed him ))

There are plenty of people getting these speeds. This thread isn't new nor is SP a new dev. Spread has been mined by people in this thread for years. Use your search button instead of trying to get people to sell you on something.

I think I said nothing negative against the spreadcoin or the SP as a dev so far. Posting what I have in mind and getting replies is a way for me to research the coin and miner. Just thinking loud.

Also I have no bad feelings against the dev for selling that private version of miner. It is his work and upto the interested one to evaluate what it offers.

But it is good to know there are a lot of people getting good speeds (I presume with public resources).

Considering this special spreadcoing mining per 14-15USd with 1080Ti;

It already makes around 5-6 usd per day.

The fee is 0,05 BTC/130 USD.

It supposedly gives 8-9 USD more per day per card on that specific solo spreadcoin mining.

For a single card it means: Mine 2 weeks for the premium.

For a 3 card setup: Mine 4-5 days for the premium.

We know nothing is guarented in crypto and it is good to get when you are able to get but 130USD sounds high.

The current spreadcoin network is around 3000 AMD rx 580 cards mining with the opensource miner. If someone add 3000 cards and the price stays the same, the profit goes down to $7.5 a day. So then you can switch to nexus or cryptonite sp-mod to keep the $15 a day.

These coins are not so small, cannot be mined on multipools or nicehash

NEXUS MCAP $58 MUSD (58th biggest coin in the world)
Spreadcoin MCAP 12 MUSD
Cryptonite MCAP 10.2 MUSD

Then we should all abandon other mining stuff and direct our rigs into these coins Smiley But then the profitability will decrease I guess.

How this solo mining works? Can your private miner mine that relative coin to an exchange wallet such as Bittrex SPR or do I setup a local wallet on my rig, fill it and then send to another SPR exchange account?
Is solo mining networked but not pooled? Who decides how many coins I earn?

I actually know nothing on these coins and solo mining.
local wallet. And the time you sync to be able to solo mine the profit will be gone I guess.
