ICO? Not even once.
No more buyers meens no more releases:) Release #4 will be tested  for a couple of weeks in my private farm.

It woud help if you'd have a clear and transparent plan on each of your private releases regarding how long will you plan on working on it.
One would even expect that your nicehash private release for random 0-5% would include decred as well but it's not.

That means that it's hard to invest even just 0.1 when nobody knows how much actual value they are going to get and for how long before you change things up.
Especially because only a few miners can afford to 0.1 for practically a pig in a poke. It's a useless arbitrary amount that small miners can't afford; big miners can buy without second thouhts while medium miners won't buy because it's not valuable enough.

I'm thinking it would be much better for everyone involved if the community would collectively donate for whatever optimizations they want.

Hello SP_, can not understand why the decredminer by the host card 6 starts trotling ?

SIXTH CARD PROBLEM--

Not all 6-card rigs pan out.  It has been a disturbing mystery to nVidia and AMD miners alike.  Miners may have an underpowered rig, a quirky motherboard, a slot or riser that is not 100%, et cetera.  My 6-card 750ti FTW rig runs like a champ with no problems, but I had troubles with my 750ti SC cards, my 970s, and my AMD 280X cards when running on the same brand and model of motherboard.  There are posts all over the internet about the 6-card problem.

Re-arranging the cards may help, switching risers is also a priority to check.  It can be tedious.       --scyptr

Which nvidia miner is faster on ethreum now...

GENOIL'S ETHMINER--

Genoil has the only CUDA-coded Ethminer.  The Ethminer is independant of CCminer, but Genoil's is coded for CUDA.  CCminer does not mine ETH, the code dependncies for mining ETH differ greatly from CCminer code.

I think I can get it over 3ghash by using self modified code. Now the midstate data is stored in constant memory. The maxwell can fetch from the instruction cache in paralell with datacache, if half the midstate data is fetched in const mem, and half in the instruction cache. Less latency and more speed.

But then I need to generete gpu assembly instructions with the cpu.(build a kernal for each midstate) flush the cache and run.

ethereum is much more profitable to mine so this is pointless, i can mine ethereum and buy more decred than mining decred

And BTC used to be profitable for GPUs to mine. Things change. We're in a huge profit bubble right now and that can pop at any moment and then all hell is going to break loose when all that Eth hash hits all the other GPU coins.

it does not work like that, they dump? i'm fine, diff will adjust = same profit as before

My miner is getting the correct hashrate at the pool. If you mine at yiimp you loose 5% in fees. If you solomine, you don`t pay fees.
i'm talking about the hashrate displayed in the miner, not the pool earning

The average is also 2.9 GHASH. But you need to wait 2 minutes because in the beginning the average calculation is lower than normal

On gtx 970 yes, but on the 750ti and the 980ti No.

Decred pays around 0.006 for a GHASH. A single [email protected] ghash generate 0,0174BTC a day ($7.3)

etherum@22mhash generate $6.84

and what consumption with 980ti, i guess 250w vs 166watt of 970 mining ethereum, not worth it

Check your inbox. I have released version #3 with more hash and less cpu usage. Release #4 is tuned for 980ti. On the 750ti only a few mhash faster than #3, but with less cpu usage.

I checked the mail, your letter in spam has got immediately noticed )

Thanks  ...

version #4 is littlebit faster on the 750ti, and use less CPU. (works on 6 cards celeron rigs)

Version # 2 uses much CPU on my Celeron rig.

How much faster version # 4 Version # 2 ?
