Rasied the amount to 22 from 20. 
8$ interest and 1.5$ transaction fee are not too much for 22$? Actually, there is several lending threads available on the forum but I am sorry to say I have not seen such a high-interest rate as you. People that have reputation here can always go to the established users in the forum that offer loans, also that's for a much smaller %.
20$ is not really an amount that would help anybody, unless you need some crypto for some gas fees or whatever.
But for a scammer, they even think 20$ is worth scamming, sad world.

But to start with I think 20$ is a reasonable amount. I dont afford to risk more
