You'll probably get them back. I've had the coins staking for a couple of months in the 0.9.3 wallet, too and I successfully sent most of the coins to Cryptsy. Just make sure to keep the wallet.dat safe or you'll really lose all your coins.

Deposits into Cryptsy are working (Takes several hours, and be sure to send < 1billion) , but if you cannot get a deposit address that is bad =/

Can't transfer CENT anywhere right now. God, I hate this. All other places are crap, other than btc-e and they're pretty shady too. At least they run smooth.
