Why is the Maintenance fees are so high now ?

I still remember when i first join theres no Maintenance fees ?

Bitcoin price went down, so now maintenance fee has lot more impact on a ghash. (when it was introduced the price was the same of now, if i'm remembering well)

Had a strange transaction recently, only noticed as my account now has a negative BTC balance. So usually after a block is rewarded I see the block reward in my account history and a maintenance fee, a % of the block reward, but this time I see:

Mining: 0.00010283 BTC
Maintenance: -0.00045417 BTC

Maintenance is over 4 times the block reward? Is this a known issue?

The maintenance fee is calculated per-share, so for long blocks your shares will cost more than they make, but on the "a few seconds" blocks you'll barely pay any maintenance.

While frustrating and somewhat opaque, the same would be true if you were using your own gear mining at home. Long blocks would use more electricity than your reward from them, but short blocks would use barely any electricity for the same reward.

Not really the long blocks would also have more shares in them due to the time it took to find the block, Cex charges for the amount of shares you have. IE the more fee you paid for longer blocks, BUT the more btc you would get as well seeing you submitted more shares during the time to find the next block. Like wise the shorter time to find a block the fewer shares you submitted to get paid for. Basically it all equals out.

It is no longer a issue, the fee is no longer a % of block reward, it's now fixed at $0.26/month/Ghs, which equals to 34% of mining profit in a month, but it actually isn't calculated like that.

The website has little or no use now. Members only lose money there.

The price has been going down for months, they only show the price movement for the last month so it is hard to see the continuous decline month after month but it seems you can't even see a chart showing more than the last 24h now, "1week" and "1month" only show the volumes

I know they have had tech issues with charts which seem to be resolved now. I use 2FA with CEX.IO and not had any issues on withdrawals, payments have always worked for me.

For me withdrawals stopped to works like a week ago, cleared cache&cookies of my browser and now they works flawlessy

depends what is your btc balance needs to be at min .01 for automatic withdraw to work..

The second I posted I got a payment, Yes I was well over the 0.01, Not sure what the delay was.

I've seen this too, here's my two cents - for whatever reason their autopayouts are at "arbitrary times" - so if you hit .01 just after the cutoff one day and then the next day the payout is much later in the day - you can theoretically spend about 47 hours above the threshold with no payout.

I have had no "automatic payment" now for over 2 days (normally every day)

Should I start to worry?

Is this True?

The Bitcoin Mining Cloud Service CloudHashing.com has a new website design and their prices adjusted. The new prices are more attractive than the old prices , but the fact that the Bitcoin network difficulty in large steps ( the Difficulty ) continues to increase , the service of cloudhashing might not be the best option to choose .
CEX.IO that much more attractive and profitable .
The cloud mining contracts sold by cloudhashing for the term of one year , you can 30 GHS for $ 299 USD , 110 GHS for $ 999 USD or 375 GHS for $ 2999 USD get .

If this hash values in a good profit calculator gives is wrong with the current market situation, there is absolutely no chance of even a return on your investment in a year , let alone to have made some profit.

Even arithmetic, 375 GH / s for $ 2999 would be in the current situation in 12 months 3921.57 USD muster.
We use this calculator which we increase the average difficulty with a little 13 % we only $ 1,366.27 in revenue the first year.
A decline in the Diff is probably not currently in .
And that makes it really difficult to invest in the service Cloudhashing a recital.

But if the price is rising enormously Bitcoin is there any chance of actually what profit cloths ... but the risk is quite high !
So we recommend to look for other better priced alternatives if you are interested in cloud services hashing .

If the price rises you will profit in USD terms but you will have lose money in BTC terms
