Can you tell us why? Either stop rebroadcasting the tx so that it is dropped or send with higher fee.

I don't understand what does it mean?

You just should and must re-spend all inputs (i.e. make the same transaction) with higher (acceptable) fee!

after 10 days i got my btc. i guess they solved the issue manually. i lost money at the end. i will not thank you. you dont hav any excuse. you have to be professional. i am not sure about using your service anymore. good luck to others about the crypto and fiat withdrawels.

Please look and confirm it with higher fee.
Don't just fake give a proof that you replaced all transactions with higher fee.

I have the same problem. Paid 25$ and after 10 days the transaction is still not processed (16 sats per byte is unacceptable ...)

I sent a bunch of emails to support and they ignored all the messages!

In Terms of Use it says that it will be processed in maximum 24 hours! What is the next step? When it will be confirmed? I am losing money because of the delay! I am very disappointed about this and if it does not solve as soon as posible I will never use the CEX.IO!

10.4. The User acknowledges and agrees that Deposit and Withdrawal Transaction in Fiat currency may be delayed due to bank verifications and checks, for a period up to one (1) month. Similarly and due to the inherent nature of the cryptocurrency networks, the User acknowledges and agrees that depositing and withdrawing Cryptocurrencies into/from his/her Account may take between one (1) hour and twenty-four (24) hours, barring unforeseen or unavoidable network issues.

Atleast you had 200+ satoshi's/byte, ours is 11, which is a super low number because CEX.IO bunched too many together.

Its been many days and its still not confirmed, Not my fault at all, cex.io bunched so many transactions together that now my transaction is stuck because of low average fees. A huge part of my money is stuck, this is shameful. Tried contacting support and they dont even care to reply. I am left with almost nothing because of this.

Tried tx accelerators but they are also of no help

Can someone tell me how long this may take.

I would never buy from there, they are the costliest exchange and they dont even care about their customers.
