CEX.IO you need to look into this, a huge amount almost 5BTC is stuck on that transaction because of your mistake of bunching too many transactions into one thereby making the average fees very low. Please fix this so that the transaction goes through and we get our coins.

Oh so good I got another person with the EXACT transaction,

CEX.IO should reply to this, in that tx a big amount is stuck almost 5+ BTC, even i tried in btc.com accelerator but no luck there too, others also tried but even they failed.

This is a serious problem cex.io should look into it or refund the money to us, they are responsible for batching too  many transactions in one tx.

I have replied to your message personally, please get back to me.

Did your transaction finally confirm???

Please let me know

Look at my transaction https://blockchain.info/tx/fd82fb9711afc48623fa13fa3963121f88160afe56fc968feaf02e5f73e7b764

Its been many days and its still not confirmed, Not my fault at all, cex.io bunched so many transactions together that now my transaction is stuck because of low average fees. A huge part of my money is stuck, this is shameful. Tried contacting support and they dont even care to reply. I am left with almost nothing because of this.

Tried tx accelerators but they are also of no help

Can someone tell me how long this may take.

Is there anyone from CEX.IO???

I would never buy from there, they are the costliest exchange and they dont even care about their customers.

Even my btc is stuck in this transaction only.
They are not replying my emails.
I paid $24 but still its not confirmed. Don't know what to do.

Just take a look at the number of transactions they did with so low fees, not my mistake at all, their fees are high+their exchange rates are one of the highest in the world and still bad service.

Currently, as the memory pool experiences growth, it is possible for transactions to wait for confirmation longer. It seems like there is not much we can do about it. As for the identification of transaction fees by users, we will take a look at this idea. If it will work positively for us, we will implement it.

But I have been not given chance to decide the amount I want to attach my transaction.

In this case I'm expecting for CEX.io to assign a fair average amount of transaction fee. But even the average was 450satoshi/byte, it has been given by CEX.IO 245satoshi/byte.

What you will do about it?

What is the expected transfer time for 245satoshi/byte at this moment?

CEX. IO attaches really small transaction amount per byte as 240 satoshi / byte. Transactions are not taking place.

Customer service is not available at all, the never reply back.

I don't get why exchanges don't allow people to select their own sat/byte fee amounts. Give us the chance to get our money faster, because sometimes it sucks trying to get the coins out, as you basically depend on costumer service when this happens... what do you expect us to say? We can't do anything for you.

The only thing you can do is go on reddit and expose their lack of customer support. Public shamming is very effective for it damages their brands if they don't get their shit together.

I truly agree every single word you say..
